Review Xiangs Kitchen - Colorado Springs

Michelle Dawson
The food was pretty good. Wasn't fan of the egg rolls but the hot n sour soup was good. The homemade fried noodles were the best I've had. I'm from New Jersey so I'm pretty picky about Chinese food. Definitely good portions for lunch . Combos with soup, egg roll, rice (fried or steamed) I got shrimp n lobster sauce n he got general tsos chicken. The service was on point. Drinks filled. Food out fast.

Loved it! We have been 2 times and it has been so good both times. They have all the expected foods, and they are hot and very good portions. The egg drop soup has to be the best I have had in Colorado Springs. I ordered the Shrimp Chow Mein ( crunchy noodles ) and the Pot Stickers. Both were amazing and the Pot Stickers were bigger than other places and packed with pork. Love it!

Best Chinese on this side of town and great people work here. We have ate here several times and never disappointed. Food is reasonable priced as well. Great place!

A slightly different take on Chinese. The salt and pepper beef is especially good. The combination chow mein is well stuffed with various meats. Well worth a visit.

Oh my Goodness! I love everything about this place. I went with my mom, she ordered hot&sour soup and it was some of the best she has had, and I ordered pot stickers. BEST POT STICKERS EVER!! They are unlike traditional pot stickers at Chinese restaurants. These are MASSIVE, and are seasoned to taste almost like pork sausage! Very delicious. We both ordered the crispy duck and it is the best I have ever had. Sauce is awesome, rice is awesome, etc. Loved it!!!! I absolutely suggest this place! New favorite Chinese Restaurant.

We love the food. Never bad. But this place really needs some love in the atmosphere and customer service areas. Both people that help kinda act like they just want you to leave. And it's DEAD QUIET. Like no sounds other than other patrons eating. add some music please!

We only had time for a quick bite before heading to the airport and happened to find this wonderful Chinese restaurant. The woman who helped us told us she's been cooking in that restaurant for 22 years! And the food tastes fantastic because of it! I highly recommend Xiang's if you have a chance to stop there. The hit and sour soup was spicy but not too spicy. I could've had another bowl! My general tso's chicken was fresh and hot and yummy! My wife's moo goo gai pan was fresh as well. Just delicious!

The food is great, and it isn’t fast food, it’s authentic. My favorite is Happy Family and for $9.75, you get generous portions of food : beef, chicken, shrimp, pork, several vegetables in a fantastic sauce. That’s less expensive than the fast food across the street at you know who. You also get a choice of soups. I’ve been going for over 10 years, never a bad experience. Sadly, today, I walked inside and the nice lady had no customers at 12 noon. Maybe it’s the holidays, but please give them some business or they may not be around. There are different employees, one seems robotic, but this one was super sweet. Please visit them to keep them in business. Thx

We order take out once a month or so. The food is consistently great and portions are generous. Our favorites are happy family and general Tso's in the family dinners

We got delivery. Everything was piping hot and fresh and delicious. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken and they kept the sauce off so it wouldn't get soggy which I much appreciated. It wasn't greasy at all either. The hot and sour soup was really yum. We also got the Pad Thai which was nice and spicy with really good thin cooked chicken with lots of mix ins. The won tons were super good too as well as the spring rolls. The fried rice was the only thing that wasn't very good. We will be trying again.

This is our new go to for Chinese! The food was nice and hot! Prices were average. We appreciated the gentleman at the front desk went over my order and double checked to make sure everything was there before we left. My 2 young children loved the lo mein. It was flavorful but not overpowering. The dumplings were HUGE. Very generous size proportion. My husband said this was the best chicken curry he's ever had- the perfect balance of sweet coconut and spicy. I highly recommend! We will definitely be back! We ordered: - combo lo mein - veggie lo mein - #60 chicken curry - steamed dumplings

A nice small hole in the wall family Chinese/Vietnamese restaurant. It was quiet when I was here. I had Hot and Sour soup ( photo ). Then I had the Basil chicken extra spicy. Great combination of vegetables and chicken. Perfectly seasoned. It was delicious! Enjoy !!! I will most certainly return at a future time.

Best Chinese food in Colorado Springs hands down! Spicy actually means spicy! Everything I've ever had is fresh, hot and so flavorful. The picture attached is my absolute favorite which is kung pao vegetables (no peanuts) after I had already eaten about half! Their portions are what Chinese food used to be! Their egg drop soup as well as hot and sour are absolutely to die for. Their lunch special comes with 1 eggroll, 1 wonton, soup, entree and choice of fried or steamed rice for about $10.

Nice neighborhood restaurant. Same friendly kid has been working there for years. He's a great server and works hard to make sure you're happy. They're a little heavy handed on the fish sauce, so if that's not your jam, be sure to ask about less of it.

The services awesome The food is fantastic. Best place in town. Never had a bad meal there. Chicken lo mein and orange chicken.

The food is always quality, and service is fast and friendly! My family has been eating here since it opened and very rarely have we been disappointed. I highly recommend the Sesame Chicken, Beef, or Shrimp - crispy and sweet with just the right amount of heat, and generous portions! The egg drop soup is also a go-to for us.

I have to be honest...we've been to Xiang's Kitchen a few times in the past, and never had a bad experience before today. But oh man...today was bad enough that I'm not sure we can come back. Our order was pretty basic. Sweet & Sour Chicken for the kids (which was fine), Beef w/ Broccoli for my husband and I (this was so foul that we couldn't eat it...smelled of fish and sewage and is currently stinking up my trash can), and Pork Lo Mein for all of us (which smelled like a menstrual cycle...my 15 year old was the first to place the smell, and one she said it, I knew she was right...we couldn't eat it after that). I'm now sitting here, feeling sick instead of hungry, and writing this review .

Horrible customer service!!! Sub par food. After ordering a fairly large order for my family I discovered that I was charged 12 dollars more than what I agreed to pay. My husband had to pick through his beef because he said it tasted rotten. I had already decided that we won't be giving this place our business. Then I work up and discovered that my $58.00 bill turned into over $70.00. When I confronted the manager, first she Hu on me. Then someone called back and said the manager says we didn't charge you more. I got up out of bed, fighting a fever and the manager felt it nessecary to yell at me!! I will not be giving them any of my business ever!!!
