Great experience tonight. I got the food I couldn't get at the Fillmore location. All of the food here was fresh. The employee at the drive up window was friendly and helpful. The food was hot, fresh and well prepared. This is a good alternative location to go to...worth the extra 10 minute drive. This crew definitely has their stuff together and they operate as one of the Best Wendy's teams in the Springs. I highly recommend this location to everyone that wants a great experience! Job well done.
I don’t know who this night crew was tonight but it was the best experience we’ve ever had. From the drive thru guy taking our order to the lady who chased us down to give us a burger they forgot to put in the bags, AMAZING. So nice. So easy. So fast. So great.
I pulled up to this Wendy's drive through, a girl was giggling so hard she couldn't catch her breath! Then a young man gets on the speaker & was so nice. Now, whatever had just happened in there evidently made them happy and enjoy their shift. Seemed like harmless fun, but ended up making my whole night! Everyone should take their jobs seriously, but nothing wrong with enjoying yourself sometimes! I love to pick up from here! Good job guys!
Stopped for a snack break. Standard Wendy’s fare. Bacon Double cheeseburger as expected. Frosties were good. Burger hot & frosty cold.
I went three days in one week and each time the service was outstanding. Noah in the drive-thru is quick and efficient. Best and fastest service in town.
I literally just called to give you guys a great review and your whole answering machine is in spanish 😆 I love this place. Will be coming back. But please.... next time be more disrespectful with the pickles 😉
The unnecessarily complicated computerized GUI soda machine wasn't working, but the associate really stepped up to make sure we got what we needed from behind the counter. 😊
The drive-thru but the food was great and fast.
Upon arrival, I used the restroom first. Immediately impression was the cleanliness of the facilities. It reminded me of older, better times when my lunch order was taken with a smile and efficiency by Ricky at the counter. While waiting for my order I realized how clean everything in the dining room was. Even the chair, though not new, were obviously cleaned. Food was prepared well and I was offered a good afternoon. I'll be back!
The food was good, but the staff kept messing up our order. It seemed nobody knew what they were doing. But they corrected everything we ordered, I would still go here again when I pass through again.
