We ordered brisket, ribs, pulled pork & wings. Each one was better than the next! Portions are perfectly sized for hearty appetites -- and the manager was very helpful with suggestions to ensure 5 adults (who love BBQ!) had enough to savor.
Rounding out our take-away meal was: amazing fried okra; yummy mustard dressing potatoe salad; perfectly seasoned cabbage slaw; baked beans; and fresh-baked rolls. Added three different BBQ Sauces to the order, and we drove home with a feast!!

Sadly Dickey's isn't setting the standards for quality control and is consistently either hit or miss.
I paid cash for the order so l figured there wasn't a issue with my payment they shouldn't be an issue with they're product, unfortunately that's not exactly what transpired.
We sent back the majority of our food order. It was a professional embarrassment to the staff to pawn off what we received as food. If they wouldn't want to eat it, they shouldn't feel obligated to serve it to paying customers.
Once the matter was brought to the attention of the manager it was quickly resolved. But l really felt that if the staff had any pride they wouldn't have tried to present disgusting garbage as quality food.
While l love good BBQ, based on this visit I'm definitely not in love with Dickey's.
Dickey's has good bbq and sides. Multi-meat plates are a great way to try different items. Service is quick. The restaurant is clean. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Their online ordering is a great option whether you are eating at the restaurant or getting your food to go. Dickey's is in the shopping plaza with Jersey Mike's, Zoup, and Freddy's. There is plenty of parking, even at the busiest times. The restaurant is most easily accessed off of Interquest Parkway.
Lemme tell you something, we walked in pretty close to closing time on a Sunday night with a BIG party. I know what you're going to say: 'how dare you!' Right? Is that what you were gonna say? I have a gift for mind reading, I know. You're probably gonna say this next; 'the staff were probably pretty annoyed!' I'm going to stop you in your tracks when I say that the employees here were amazing. Sure the food is absolutely fantastic, but the employees (especially the ones working on that Sunday evening) were outstanding. They made us feel really welcome. They even brought us some fresh hot fries for some reason. I have no idea what the reason was, that's why I said 'some reason'. What was I saying? Oh yeah, we were so impressed with the service, and will be back again next time we're in the area.
I have been to this location a few times. The food has always been good and the service has always been very good. The staff for the most part is friendly but there is one guy that seemed grumpy (manager?) first time I had to deal with him. Was

I love Dickey's but this location is the best!! I always order a chopped brisket sandwich with onions and pickles on the side. My favorite is the sweet BBQ sauce. Save room for the free ice cream cone! 🍦
My son and I had the Westerner Combo: 2 meats of choice on a Hogie roll, pickles, and onions. Add BBQ sauce of your choice: Delicious! Very quiet for a Saturday afternoon but a lot ot take out traffic. Don't forget the free ice cream. Don't tell, we had seconds.
Chris took good care of me, ordered couple sandwiches that were delicious, the food was bomb and the service was ever better, thank you!
Shout out to Dickey's on Interquest! I placed a staff lunch order with Matthew yesterday and ponytail Mike, packed us up today. They were both amazing. Everything was ready when I got there and holding in a heat oven. The food was excellent. The ordering process was made easy by Matthew. We'll be back as our staff were all very happy with today's meal.
I really liked the food but they did not have any chicken, the ice cream machine was either not freezing or out of ice cream. However, it was an hour till closing. The staff was really nice and accommodating.
