Always clean. Even when super busy. Great staff. Reasonably priced food that is enough different from usual fast food to feel like it isn't fast food at all! The all you can eat bread sticks are wonderful.
Me and my husband ordered from here and got their amazing Alfredo’s pastas! My order wasn’t right the first time (don’t hate mistakes happen)So I called in and Datrell went above and beyond ! And made sure that the order was correct when we came back and, that we were taken care of, he was very kind, understanding, and professional. We got our food fresh. I will be returning for sure 💕🌸
Kudos to Brandon at the drive-up window for being outstanding. I don't eat here very often but have lived in the neighborhood for seven years and the folks who work here have always been friendly and upbeat and I have appreciated everyone! And the baked lasagna is great...thanks to whoever manages this location.

Went to pick up dinner. It was cold outside, wnf fettuccine sounded warm and comfortable. We were greeted when we entered, and the girl that greeted us took our order right away. We had the impression she was pretty new, but she made sure she understood exactly what we wanted and we watched while we waited. The girl that waited on us was extremely busy, and doing her best to take care of at least 3 or 4 orders. There were 2 at tables and someone after us and she was ringing up tickets and answering t he phone. There was another gulurl blonde, who was pretty m7ch just hanging out behind the counter. I sew the first girl ask her a question two times and get no answer. The blonde repeatedly rolled her eyes but offered no help at all. There wS a phone call and whatever it was about it required goingvint the backup the store, and the busyngirl asked the other one if shexwould help her and go to the back, and thevblond acted like she had been asked to commit a crime she said no so the girl told her csne would need help with thecorders coming we sa up and the blonde told her to hurry up and we could wait a couple of minutes until sh could pack it up for us. When she got back to the front she was bagging our order and doing the register. She was tipped by a customer and the blonde girl.told her that was her tip even thouw her wotkonh andgh aĺnd she got the order wrong and thr other onewe got it fixed and the customer said it was not for the other one, she insisted on getting the top.then went rihht back to doing nothing. We tipped the girl way more than we would have usually and made sure she knew we saw what she was doing
Great experience tonight, Datrell, the manager took our order and got us through a long line of customers very quickly! Get home, food is delicious! Good food, good prices, good service.
Went here today for the first time. I wasn't expecting really anything out of a fast food Italian place. We were just hungry and needed lunch and my son really wanted bread sticks. We were so impressed by all the employees we interacted with. From the employees taking orders at the front (who made sure my son got all of the bread sticks he wanted, seriously they even brought out a basket of fresh-out-of-the-oven bread sticks...which were divine), to the people bussing tables and serving food to the tables.. everyone was just really friendly and helpful.
The Alfredo is tasty... Bread sticks are greasy and good...and the cheesecake they serve is from the cheesecake factory(so you know it'll be good)...I always get strawberry:)..and the fried cheese skewers with marinara are the bomb
Datrell and another gentlemen who waited on me in the drive through were so friendly, so helpful.They answered all my questions. I had such a great experience. The food was hot and delicious. Thx guys. It's so nice you do the cooking fast. It gives me more time to be with my family.
They actually had a server...her name was Melanie.she was so polite and clean..Bathrooms are always clean!
Usually the food is pretty mid, not bad, just not great. Today though every night was amazing, the breadsticks were soft, the pasta was flavorful and warm, the chicken was well seasoned and juicy. 10 stars for the team on grill
