I have been going to Panera bread since the early 90s. I went back for the first time in a very long time and I did not have a good experience with my food .. so I called them up and told them about it- giving them my order time and card information.
The manager was very kind to me on the telephone and when I went in- there was a different manager that took care of me named Dave, he was exceptionally nice even though he was busy.
Rebecca took care of me at the counter and she was a sweetheart as well. Thank you for your time today, as I value it. Be good to yourselves and thank you for your making things right.

Great place to go get a good salad that's better than most fast food choices you can make. I got the Asian Chicken Salad and my wife got the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad. They were both prepared great and were tasty and delicious. My only gripe is we had to ask for the apple chips since they forgot them.
I have some mixed feelings about Panera. First, their food is very good. Their bread is soft and delicious. You order your food, retrieve it, and eat. The order takers are friendly and easy to interact with. I do not think their selection is broad enough, but that is my personal feeling, and it will not stop me from returning.
I haven't been in quite some time, but ordering a salad and a bowl looked like I had two salads but the amazing flavor of the separate dishes was phenomenal!
Very polite and courteous staff. I messed up my order and they were kind enough to fix it for me. This is the first time I have eaten here and they were able to recommend great food and modify the food to accommodate my diet.
Food:
very good not great. Ordered; light brew coffee, cinnamon crunch bagel, soufflé.
Customer service:
good/and ok. Gentlemen who took our order was very polite and quick. Asked employee for a coffee cup lid because several things were out of stock at the coffee station. He sighed and looked annoyed and got some more lids with out saying anything. When I said “thank you,” he sighed again and said a loud “yup.”
Atmosphere:
quiet, well staffed, fellow patrons seemed polite, fellow patrons seemed nice, not overcrowded, was 1st in line to order straight away. Nice outdoor seating. Could have been cleaner and better stocked in self service areas/restroom.
Time of visit: between 10-11 am on a weekday.

No better place to have a great lunch with family or friends. You can hear each other without having to yell and the prices are very reasonable for freshly made food!
Pick up was a little delayed along with a messy bag with cheese on the outside, the Mac n Cheese sandwich isn't bad and staff does their job. Overall average
Food was great, greeted with warm smiles. Order was misheard and made incorrectly but manager Dave made things right immediately and it was very appreciated as I was pressed for time on my lunch break. I also forgot my fruit cup and he came back with it for me. He even offered a pastry for the miscommunication and my time, which was delightful! Will most definitely come back!
