I am already gonna start with this is my favorite chicken place that's fast food. This location was amazing with great service at the counter all the way up to the manager JIM helping us out by repackaging in big bag since our order was so large. Please stop by and say hi to Jim.. you'll get great service.
No matter which location we’re at we enjoy our visit. Clean store and friendly staff, cannot complain about their service. They are always attentive for refills and helping clear off the table. Had a great fundraiser last night for our school with a fantastic turnout of support from the staff and students’ families! Thanks for hosting and running it smoothly.
Decided to dine in today & boy was it packed. My son wanted to leave & I decided to sit at a table & order our food at the table instead of waiting in the long line to the door. Our food came out before most of the people who ordered at the counter. Fast service & friendly staff as always.
As always, wonderful food and staff! Line was all the way around the building, but they had our order in minutes and food was out right after that. I bet we waited less than 10 mins. Food was fresh, and hot. keep up the awesomeness !
I love me some chick fil a, yall need to ADD ice to your sweet tea, its ridiculous to get a drink with barely any ice that melts before you leave the parking lot
The drive thru experience here is the best. Even though the line looks super long you won't be waiting long at all. I love their whole drive thru system, it's always a great, positive experience when I come here.
The only complaint I have ever had about their restaurants is that they are always so busy that the waffle fries come out soggy because the fryer oil doesn't have time to get back up to temperature. The solution is simple but costly. Having said that, the food is too good to let that stop me.
This is the best Chik-fil-a location in Colorado Springs. Always consistently good with friendly employees and great service.
