best coffee I’ve had in a long time! The employees are awesome and the atmosphere is relaxing. Really good energy here. They have a huge variety of house made syrups. The coffee cake was so good! One of the best I’ve ever had

We were visiting from out of town and loved them so much we returned three days in a row. The coffee is roasted fresh on premise. You can tell they take freshness and quality seriously. My husband and I enjoyed a pour over of the featured Wush Wush coffee on our first visit. The care in pouring along with presentation impressed us right away. The baristas are friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is quite unique being in a renovated defunct elementary school. We enjoyed the relaxed and inviting vibe. Don’t miss this gem if you’re in the Colorado Springs area.

Awesome coffee shop in Lincoln Center (reimagined elementary school). Great vibe and opens at 6 for all us early birds. Great selection of pastries and food options to choose from, and loose leaf teas for us tea drinkers (try the Boulder Breakfast). Sit inside, in the school hallway or outside on the patio on a nice day. Great place to catch up with friends, email or your reading list.

Ever just have “one of those days?” I suppose we all do, including those who work with school children. During my visit to “Building 3 Coffee” I noticed a picture opportunity that I believe qualifies for the 2023 Henry’s Take Honor Roll. You see, they are located within a building that was for more than 60 years the home of Lincoln Elementary School, which makes the “BEER” sign placed right outside the Staff Lounge undeniably hilarious! Can you imagine if the faculty had the option of enjoying “a cold one” during a particularly challenging day? 🤣 Rather than the hallways being filled with energetic children excitedly scuttling from one location to another, now each former classroom is occupied by various businesses including this one. While you can no longer hear children’s voices filling these spaces, you can enjoy their seemingly limitless energy and spirit when you visit. The next time you need a little pick me up, stop here for a little shot of caffeine and you’ll feel like a kid again in no time. Editor’s Note: Please remember to play nice with the other kids on the playground and to be open to trading portions of your lunch with your friends (we promise not to tell your mom! 🤜🤛). And that’s…Henry’s Take. #schoolmemories

Great place, great coffee, great people - especially Davis. Davis is the man. He made me a special off the menu drink once that was so inspiring it made me quit alcohol. I've gotten my life back on track after spiraling out of control for the past 7 years. Thank you B3 Coffee and thank you Davis.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 (5/5 Stars) A Gem in the Heart of Historic Lincoln Center: Building Three Coffee Today, I had the pleasure of starting my morning at Building Three Coffee, located in the charming Lincoln Center of Colorado Springs. As a fellow small business owner, I understand the value of excellent service and top-notch products, and Building Three Coffee delivers on both fronts. The Coffee I ordered a Breve Latte, and it was nothing short of exceptional. The coffee was rich, smooth, and perfectly brewed. It was clear that the baristas are passionate about the quality of their craft. The Food Although I didn't have any food this time around, the menu options were enticing. From freshly baked pastries to wholesome breakfast choices, there's something for everyone to enjoy. The Ambiance My family and I, including our two dogs, decided to sit outdoors. The patio area was comfortable and offered a relaxed atmosphere. It was a refreshing way to appreciate the Colorado sunshine. Parking Ample parking was available, making it convenient for anyone planning a visit. It's a small but significant detail that adds to the overall positive experience. Wheelchair Accessibility This establishment gets extra points for being wheelchair accessible, allowing everyone the opportunity to enjoy what they have to offer. The People Last but not least, the staff at Building Three Coffee were gracious and attentive. Their good-natured demeanors made the visit all the more enjoyable. If you're looking for a place that combines quality, accessibility, and a welcoming atmosphere, look no further than Building Three Coffee. As someone deeply involved in the healthcare and wellness industry, I can't stress enough how important a good start to the day is, and this coffee shop provides just that. I wholeheartedly give them a five-star review and recommend them to anyone looking to elevate their morning routine.

This is my favorite place to buy coffee in Colorado! We stopped in to pick up a couple bags and the guy who was closing gave us a bunch of coffee he had leftover from the day for free. So kind! My favorite roasts for drip are Ardi and Darkish. Ridiculously yummy. B3 coffee makes every day better! Check them out or buy online if you don’t live nearby.

What a cool spot! Staff is very welcoming and the whole coffee shop sucks you in with all the atmosphere. Coffee is great, for me still too dark of a roast (I had the hand pour over Ethiopia) - but that is a preference - not a quality issue. 110% recommend u to stop by

Fun place! I don't know too much about coffee but their matcha drink was good. Only downside is it is fairly loud inside. There is outside seating available though.

Super cool place with nice staff. The coffee was too dark for my liking, and I ordered the light one
