I had the Snooze Classic. Absolutely delicious! The hash browns were perfectly seasoned and cooked. The bacon had a great blend of black pepper and sugar. This plate is the perfect size for a hearty brunch. We decided to sit at the bar due to the 40 min wait (I recommend reserving a table) but the service over there was incredible. Our order was taken within minutes. Food came out a little slow but the wait was worth it. Highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for a delicious new breakfast place to try in COS.

One of my new favorite places to eat breakfast. So so so so good. I like the strawberry pancake and eggs best but the sweet potato was very good too. I tried a plain pancake to see the quality of the pancake without all the toppings and added things. Very good quality over all and I was happy with all of them.

First time visiting was a great experience, we ordered the breakfast burrito and French toast with 2 drinks. I'm giving 4 stars because I felt the burrito could have had more flavor or seasonings. The French toast were also really good but not worth the price compared to village in were I think they are a tad better and come with sides for the same price.

This was our first time visit Snooze and it was awesome. The atmosphere was very retro and a lot of fun. The hosts and servers were extremely fast and polite. I had a sangria with my breakfast, and it was delicious! I ordered the benny duo which is getting half of two eggs benedict. I got the Barbacoa Chile Verde Benny and the Habenero Pork Belly Benny. I can't even begin to express how delicious they were! I highly highly highly recommend them. Definitely going back next time we're in town!

It gets busy get on the wait list. They have plenty of outdoor seating. They have lots of food choices, omelet's, french toast, hash brown rounds, pork belly, cocktails, and mocktails. The parking lot gets busy. It was good. It's definitely worth a visit. My only down check was that we didn't receive everything that we ordered, but the server took it off the bill.

Tasty good! Worth visiting! Food: Tasty! All of the food is really good and worth trying! I have been a few times and have always enjoyed. Always thought the hash brown presentation was weird, but if you ask for them crispy then they come out normal looking! All other food presentation is great! Service: Decent. I’m not a fan of the solely online menu, so I ask for a real one every time. Waitress checked in decently, and I haven’t yet seen the bottom of my coffee cup. Atmosphere: Decent. The round booths are good for conversation, though they aren’t particularly comfortable or accommodating for large groups. But the place is lively and fun! Price: Good for the quality and quantity.

This is a nice spot to enjoy brunch. I've been snooze many times, but my past experiences at snooze was better. Their food tasted much better. The quality seems to have gone down a bit. This is a busy place hence I think the staff was doing a good job keeping up. We ordered some pancakes, omelets etc. It was good. No complaints. This is a good place to have brunch on your way down south on I-25. Only a few minutes from the interstate.

Delicious and fresh. Loved the tofu scramble! The breakfast burrito was huge and delicious and easy to customize. Kids loved the strawberry shortcake pancakes! Great kids meal options. Really good coffee as well! Wait wasn't bad at all on a weekday late morning.

Had breakfast here and it exceeded expectations. I had the breakfast tostada and it was very tasty, I would definitely recommend. My wife had the sweet potato hash and it looked great as well.

Awesome breakfast spot, especially if you’re an early riser and can get in before the crowd. Their take on corned beef hash is great, but the OMG french toast is a must try as well. All your usual standbys plus a number of creative takes on things when youre feeling adventurous. Its definitely the non chain chain place to go for breakfast. Diverse menu also caters to all the diet and lifestyle choices out there.
