Today everything was outstanding for an IHOP. We have had some very bad experiences at many of these but was delighted by this one on vacation. Omg..the family and I went on Sunday evening at about 7pm. It was nice and quiet. Our server was new, but amazing! He had the help of a great manager-I think she was the manager, she was so nice. Don't let the outside sign, with some of its neon lettering out, fool you! This is a well taken care of

Restaurant was absolutely spotless. Service was excellent. Food was hot, fresh and quick. 1st time to this location and will definitely be back. Manager was so friendly and the entire staff above average.
A trip down to memory lane brought my wife and I back to IHOP. We used to frequently visit this location when we were younger due to our busy schedules. Often IHOP was the only restart open that would be open; therefore, we went back for the nostalgia. Side note: We barely ate and we’re starving.

Went here after hiking Pike's Peak, and it was delicious!! I was super hungry, and this perfectly hit the spot. Fast and friendly service, low key atmosphere, and food was great!

The food was amazing but the waitress did mess up the order. They were busy, so I understand how that can happen. Besides the mix up, it was a great experience
Staff were short but our server did an excellent job taking care of us, I wish I remembered her name but she was an elder lady, overall a great experience for us travelers.
