The food is amazing. I had the Lark urgent and my husband had the tuna steak wrapped in lettuce and we had the Parmesan fries. I’d go back just for those fries, they’re so delicious. The prices are very high. Between my burger, his tuna burger, ONE fry and ONE drink we spent $25 =/ food is worth the splurge
Stopped in here because I wanted to try something different and I was pleasantly surprised. They are one of the few fast food places I know that cook a medium burger to perfection. I really can't emphasize how perfectly my burger was cooked. Will definitely be back here again.
I had the Truffle Burger with pepper jack and a side of truffle fries. It was delicious! I've been looking for my favorite burger place in Colorado Springs and today I am happy to day the search is over.
On top of that the staff was very friendly and offered great recommendations. I will be back 😁
Good burgers, good shoestring fries. They serve coke products, oskar blues beer, new Belgium beer, xing tea, etc. The chocolate milkshake was nothing special. Lots of neo-hippie food choices such as truffles, Edamame, and gluten free buns. Compostable cups, silverware, and straws. I asked for extra GMO, but they only chuckled. There is also a small outside patio seating area.
The Lark Burger with avacado slices was really good. Had the truffle fries they were good, wish they were crisper.

One of my all time favorite burger joints. My food always comes out perfect. I spent most of my lunches here during my pregnancy and even brought my family here to try for the first time recently as we are remodeling our house. The staff is awesome and super friendly. Great environment, great people, very clean. I love that everything is made from recycled paper and such. I just can't say enough good things :) we will always come back for lunch!
Btw, if you can't eat beef (my MIL is allergic) even their turkey burgers are super amazing. Plus I would recommend their truffle fries! I know where I'll be for lunch today 😏 now I'm hungry!
This was my first to this place. I had the Tuna burger. It was very delicious and tasty. Definitely a worthy meal to consume if you are wanting to try something different and healthier than a regular cow burger. The truffle fries were also consumed on this visit. They were very tasty, but not as healthy obviously. Still a worthy purchase if you are looking to indulge a bit.
