Went to Freddy's for the first time on 10-8-23 because I had been hearing how great they were. I wasn't disappointed with the food it was good, but the person working the counter wasn't very friendly like she didn't like her job or something. I also have to add that I walked in the bathroom and it was disgusting like no one cleans the bathrooms? I walked right out. I do not understand the position of managers that are supposed to be on top of there restaurant. Tables were not cleaned off, not very sanitary. And to be honest Covid is not over to have a dirty place like that. I was kind of disappointed. Food was about the only thing that was good, sad to say. Gina L

Regular plane fries doesn't mean chilli fries or cheese fries. 1st attempt returned the chilli fries. Then got cheese fries. Shame on me for not checking the 2nd time but I was too annoyed to go back and change it again. My favorite thing is the fries here but I love them plane. Definitely a weird situation normally they're really on point everytime.

The food is very good here. Price is about $11/meal and a delicious Sunday is about $5. Liked the chicken sandwich but the burgers are exceptional.

I have been absolutley blown away by the exceeding level of kindess by the staff here, Just wanted to get some food with my daughter with my Veteran's day voucher and the staff there decided to make mine and my daughter's day by gifting her a small ice cream. I was shocked on how a simple act of kindness could change our entire day, I knew Freddy's is one of the best Fastfood chains of all time but i have Latoya and Sam to thank for that.From the bottom of mine and my daughters, Thank you for that stellar meal.

The food was great. Burgers are awesome, the frozen custards were great BUT the best part was the little gal working the counter. Wish I had her energy... Go Her!!! Someone give that gal a raise.

The perfect place to eat while we were on our trip from NM to Denver airport. The food was very good compared to other fast food restaurants. Freddy’s make you feel like you are in a Time Machine. I also really enjoyed the selection of food and custards which made our pit stop worth it

Came in on a quiet Tuesday afternoon to get some frozen custard for myself and my dog. :) The staff here were super friendly, the inside was really clean and I didn’t have to wait long at all.
Might be our new go-to for our frozen pup cups.

Ordered the hatch green chile burger no onions and all I got was a 1/2 gallon of mustard and no Chile’s . Told them and they remade it the same way with a 1/2 gallon of mustard and threw a few Chile’s in the middle.

I like Freddy's Steakburgers just fine, but the one off of Garden of the Gods must have the worst epidemic of marijuana usage in the surrounding area. I've never received decent service there. My orders are jacked up, and the people working there just don't seem to care. This is completely different than any other Freddy's I've been in.
Just today I swung in to snag a hamburger, fries and a coke. Nothing tricky, nothing difficult. I didn't ask for anything unusual like no onions or any of that jazz. Just a regular burger. I got home, popped the top on my burger, and the damned thing was missing it's top bun and all the fixings. I drove back to Freddy's and had them make me a new burger. Then I suffered through with cold fries while I ate my correct burger. The grease managed to soak through the bottom bun during the drive home. Not impressed with this location. In fact, if I was really craving Freddy's, I'd drive the 40 minutes to hit the next location before subjecting myself to the incompetence of the Colorado Springs Garden of the God's Freddy's.
