Cheap delicious ice cream. And so many choices! We got a banana split and it was very good. We can't wait to go back to try all the other different kinds of ice cream!
We also got some combo meals. Again pretty affordable but nothing special. The fries were actually delicious, so hot and crispy! The burgers were just ok, nothing that makes me want to have more of it.
So definitely come here for ice cream for the whole family! The line is always long, but it's so worth it!

Best Ice Cream in the Springs?!
It very could be the best ice cream we had in the Springs. You can get your cone dipped in so many different flavors and the line for the drive in and the walk up was long. The service is fast and the ice cream is priced so wellllll. Will definitely be back here again!

Pretty amazing old school place to get malts, iced drinks and ice cream! Best spot in the springs for a cold drink on a hott day! Don't sleep on the food either, honestly their burgers and fries are killer! Do yourself a favor and hit this place up! You can thank me later!!

This place is great!!!!!!!!! We where driving by when we decided to stop in. My wife got a large chocolate cone and I got a root beer float. The ice cream was HUGE! There was no way she was going to be able to finish it. The float was great as well. The staff was really nice and the place was clean. We will definitely be back

It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the soct serve is delicious! Fair prices for the amount you get! Haven't tried anything other than the soft serve, but it looks like they serve fast food too!

There's nothing like a trip down memory lane with BJ Velvet Freez. I've been a loyal customer since my childhood, and it never disappoints! This time around, I ordered a chocolate cone dipped in toasted coconut that was absolutely divine. My wife got a hot fudge sundae, which was delicious, though it did miss a cherry on top. My daughter was thrilled with her chocolate cone dipped in cherry—exactly what she hoped for!
The updated parking and new drive-through are game-changers. No more congestion; the service is quicker than ever. They've also revamped the outdoor seating, making it a more comfortable experience for everyone.
A big thumbs up for maintaining consistent quality over the years and for making those needed upgrades. Can't wait for our next visit!

Fun place.... sorts like going back to the 50's. Onion rings are the best ever!! And any flavor milkshake you can think of. If it's not on the menu, just tell them what you want, and they'll do their best to please your palate.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would! The line for both the drive thru and walk up window was forever long, but it was well worth it. I got the hot fudge cake sundae. Once I bit into this I could see why people were lined up waiting for their chance to order. This is definitely the go to spot for anything ice cream in the Colorado Springs area.

I LOVE BJ's and I'll forever be a returning customer! Such friendly staff and delicious fast food! My favorite is the Pork Tenderloin (my favorite way to eat is with mayo, lettuce, pickles soooo good🤤), the fried Mushrooms, and their Onion Rings are my must haves every visit! All of their ice cream is good with such a variety of flavors/toppings the kiddos love all the options we've literally tried everything on their ice cream menu and haven't been disappointed by anything. The portions of food and ice cream are big and filling! We definitely recommend everything about the place. Even on them hot summer days when there is a long line of customers it is worth the wait!

I've lived in Colorado springs 38 of my 40 years and had always driven by but never stopped so my lady friend and I were out enjoying each other's company and we decided to give it a shot, even tho there is always a line it went super fast an the staff was kind and over all it was an excellent experience I'd be happy to take anybody here for a treat

My husband is an ice cream fanatic and is obsessed with this place! I'm a huge fan of cotton candy ice cream, and while they don't have that (it's soft serve, so that's to be expected) they do have a delicious cotton candy dip!! I also got the banana concrete mixer at one point (see photo) and that was delicious too. Oh and the fries are AMAZING. We can't stop going back!

This is the hidden gem Icecream place you’ve been waiting for - maybe not so hidden gem but I haven’t seen it mentioned elsewhere so I’ll call it that. We were driving by when we saw it and pulled in. The Icecream is really good, we got a chocolate covered cherry iceberg which was amazing and an m&m iceberg which was so good too. The prices are good and so are the sizes, I couldn’t finish my small iceberg. The menu is simple and the staff is very nice. We will certainly be back in the future and are very excited to have found this spot!

Love this place but the price went up a lot. Used to be you could get a twist cone with sprinkles for like 2.50 now I wanna say I paid over 5 for the same. Inflation sucks but it's still the best Ice cream in town and you got to love the old 50s feel

It’s probably one of the best Ice cream places here in Colorado Springs. The portion size of the ice cream is huge and cheap. It really has the old school atmosphere around the are as well. And there is a pizza restaurant next door also.

This place is a great local ice-cream shop! They have a whole plethora of food and types of frozen treats and even their own version of a blizzard. Whenever my friends and I want ice-cream, this is where we go.

Yes, the line can get long, but it's worth it. The portions are large for the prices. For example, I'll order a kid's cheeseburger, and it's plenty for me. It's also the only place around to get dipped cones in flavors like butterscotch and cherry. I don't go to Dairy Queen often, so when I last went, I was shocked to find they no longer offer the butterscotch dipped cones of my childhood! Thankfully, BJs hasn't changed. It's a great place to go if you feel like eating an unhealthy, but delicious meal. 😁
