This is a true hidden gem residing in Colorado. Until this evening, I had no idea that a 5-star hotel of this scale and structure exists. My husband booked this restaurant for our anniversary dinner and I was blown away! The restaurant is fantastic - service is excellent, food is amazing, and the ambience is just perfect. We have bookmarked this hotel for our next trip to Colorado, we are definitely staying here and enjoying this restaurant one more time.

Wow, what a great night!! Outstanding food and a wonderful setting with a table for two overlooking the lake…but Meghan took it over the top with her enthusiasm and kind demeanor. The only reason we ordered the charcuterie for an appetizer was because her description of it was too fun and delicious sounding to resist…and it did not disappoint! The Lobster pasta was incredible, as were their cocktails. If you want to have your spirits lifted on top of a fine dining experience, this is the place to be!!!

A wonderful meal can only be exceptional with an exceptional waiter. Steve made our dinner exceptional with his knowledge of the menu, ingredients, wine, and even changing our bread selection. Steve has been in the restaurant industry for over 17 years and his ability to anticipate what was needed to make the dinner evening perfect was very much appreciated! A beautiful location, restaurant and exceptional food and service!

This is Italian food on another level. The pasta dishes were fantastic. The cheese and meat board was amazing. Be sure to try the doughnut holes for dessert. The burst of hot chocolate filling is a wonderful way to end your day. Jilissa, Kate and the entire army of servers, managers and bus staff were so helpful.

We had a wonderful anniversary dinner here. We had a great table facing the lake. We enjoyed the burrata and tomato salad, the kale salad, the pasta bolognese, the roasted potatoes, and the bomboloni (doughnuts). The bread and beverages (strawberry limonata and a glass of wine) were also strong. The only disappointment was the cod—slightly over cooked and oversalted. Megan was an attentive and enthusiastic server. We would definitely recommend and return!

Stopped by Ristorante Del Lago for dessert and after dinner drinks within the Broadmoor. Everything was excellent, we really liked the bar seating area which was very relaxing after a long day.
