Chick-fil-A is an awesome fast-food experience wherever you go! One can never tire of the delicious food served hot, order correct and friendly customer service! The speed of the Chick-fil-A Drive-Thru no matter how long the line is especially impressive! Kudos to an excellent business model of quality food, served efficiently at a reasonable cost to the consumer with remarkable customer service! Always a consistent positive dining experience!
I rarely do fast food, but when I do, it’s always Chik-fil-a. Last night was one of those times. I used the One app, and the orders came for 3 customers all at the same time. I didn’t realize until in my car that I didn’t have what I ordered, so I went back in. The immediately and cheerfully corrected the order and even threw in a cookie for my inconvenience. Always the best attitudes and service!!
It was a great trip. Sadly their dine in area was closed so we to go through the drive thru, but the food was still amazing as usual. We asked if the new shake was gluten-free and the girl taking our order, Jenna, was kind and knowledgeable in a way you don't usually see. She even told us that she could make it gluten-free and we were still able to enjoy it. Shot out to her.
Typical Chic-fil- in this city. The staff is friendly and professional, they never seem shorthanded or grumpy. Food is always hot and fresh. All in all tastes great but it's still fast food, nothing fancy. This place has been consistent and reliable for years. The building was renovated recently, everything is clean. About as good as you could hope for from a fast food place.
The manager at this Chick Fil A is awesome. He is a problem solver and is great with customer service. I had an issue because my RV didn't fit in the drive through and the dinning area was closed. The manager came out and personally solved the issue. We got our food and it was great.
I stopped in to pick up a meal for my wife and I. During the process while in the drive through, the young lady’s machine that charges your card stopped working. She told me to proceed to the window to pick up my food and that she wasn’t sure if I was charged for the meal. They delivered my food to me, thanked me for coming, and walked away. When I go home I checked my bank card and it hadn’t been charged.
I decided to call and speak to a manager. I asked if I could return the following day and make it right. The manager said that they are thankful for me and asked that I consider it a meal on them. I feel so blessed and if I hadn’t made that call I would have really felt bad about it. I encourage everyone to do what’s right and count your blessings each day. Thank you Chick-fil-A for blessing my family.
A typically great Chick-Fil-A experience. The staff is always friendly and attentive, the food was delicious and hot, and the restaurant was clean. I live in Las Vegas and frequent the locations out there, but the service and food hold up to the exact same standards as my home location. Overall A+ experience.
Everyone is super friendly here, the speed of service is up to par, the restaurant is maintained very clean, even though it is "fast food" there is always someone walking around ensuring all customers are satisfied and needs fulfilled. 5/5.
I had no idea Chick-fil-A served a grilled chicken option. I had been avoiding this place simply because I'm not a fan of the breaded fried chicken breast. The grilled sandwich however could be a game changer.
Nicely grilled packed with flavor. I'm sure the sodium content is still through the roof, but certainly a more health conscious option compared to the fried sandwich
Not a huge fast food fan. But I'll be back for the grilled sandwich.
As far as this shop in particular. It was really busy. Service none the keys was quick and to the table.
Unfortunately, with heavy traffic there will be some hiccups. Bathrooms were more lime a gas station restroom. Trash cans were overly full and there was debris on tje floor. Probably just a rush since it was lunch time on a Saturday. So understandable
All in all, a visit that was necessary and informative. Lol

The grilled chicken sandwiches were good. The waffle fries were very good as were the nuggets. Lemonade was great, and it was the primary reason we stopped in after a difficult hike.
Everything was solid, and the staff keep everything very clean.
Decent chicken, but not a business that I feel good about eating at and do only if someone else wants it. I am a member of the lgbt community so if you know history, you know why I feel guilty going to a place against who I am.
I have always been fond of the Chick-fil-a's standards in NY, however, in Colorado Springs, they are even more professional, kind, clean and welcoming. They went out of their way to make a lunch menu item for my son even though it was early in the morning. Their employees are so skillful and courteous. They always have a smile on their face. I wish other fast food and even restaurants would go to chick-fil-a to be trained on hospitality and customer service. Thank you, Chick-fil-a!!!
