We popped in for the first time and shared the Spicy Reuben with French fries and the Sharon omelet with hash browns. The Reuben had nice thick slices of corned beef. It was sloppy and cheesy. The green chili had a smidge of spice but was barely noticeable. Still a tasty sandwich. The fries had that crispy exterior yet pillowy potato inside. The Sharon omelet....that right there was amazing! Jam-packed full of veggies! Perfect amount of cheese! I wish we had realized that the sour cream and the guac were tucked in the ends before it was all said and done. The hash browns were unseasoned but nothing a little hot sauce didn't help. Malissa was our server and she was FANTASTIC!

Fantastic. This is a great greasy spoon spot. The menu is creative and incredibly tasty. The staff is friendly and the environment is cool. It's the type of place with local advertising on the tables. Highly recommended.

Tried Doug's for the first time today. Pretty much what I expected, huge portions, good service and diner level seating and volume. Staff was friendly, attentive and prompt. Overall food was good, the green chili was the right amount of spice. I got the bacon breakfast burrito and enjoyed the bacon was crisp crumbles rather than full pieces. I did use up all my green chili in half of the burrito though and could've used double the portion of that. Country gravy wasn't my favorite tasted like it was missing the good base flavor but the biscuits were fluffy. Extra surcharge because of the cost of eggs right now which is totally understandable.

A typical diner that serves comfort and staple American cuisine. My sandwich was delicious and satisfying. It was packed with tender and juicy turkey, salty bacon, intense and flavorful pesto, balanced with lettuce and tomatoes with hearty buns. Finding a sweet spot for fries is tricky and each may have their own preference. The fries smell just a little burned to me, but the texture and golden brown color were quite perfect. It did take a while for the food to be served. The service was casual and friendly.

We enjoyed our late breakfast here on a Sunday. Our server was pretty durn good and the coffee is top shelf, too. Nothing was wrong with our food at all. The thick cut bacon is particularly delicious, but my preference is to have it crispier than it came from the kitchen. Try both the mango and dragon fruit jams. I had the Big Pig and it was very good. While not our favorite breakfast in town, we do plan to go back. Definitely worth stopping in if the wait isn't too long.

Stopped in for breakfast with my son on our way out of town and got the Cowboy Papas with green chili. All I can say is Wow. It was delicious! I can eat a lot, especially for breakfast. This was enough to box up the half I couldn’t finish for tomorrow morning. I attached a picture and I realize it may not look as good or large as I described. Just know that the picture doesn’t do this meal justice. Also, I broke my egg yolks before thinking of taking the picture (rookie move, but I seldom leave reviews). The restaurant was busy but we were seated immediately and our server, Haley, got our drink order at the same time. Despite how busy she was, my coffee never got low or cold. Somehow she took care of us without us really noticing she was there (perfect!). The restaurant was well lit and pretty much spotless. You don’t have to be a cowboy or rancher to appreciate how good the food and service is here. I’d give this place 6 out of 5 stars if I could.

I found my new favorite place. My dad and I came here for breakfast on a Friday. Our waitress gave us some of the best service we've had in a long time. She was incredibly friendly and quick. We got a table right away. We got our drinks right away. She answered our questions and gave us recommendations. I ordered the Big Pig Omelet with green chile and an english muffin. They didn't have grape jelly for the english muffin, but our waitress sold me on the Strawberry Peach Pepper jelly. It sounded weird to me at first, but it was actually really good. The omlette came with chorizo, pork, and bacon. The pork pieces were huge. The chorizo was delicious. The bacon was perfect. Normally, omlettes don't get a lot of fillings, but they loaded it up. My favorite part was the green chile that smothered the omlette. It was some of the best green chile I've had. My dad ordered the Hillbilly breakfast. It was a biscuit and gravy over their buttered browns with eggs. We had to ask what buttered browns were. They're like hash browns. He ordered over medium eggs. They were cooked perfectly. He loved the gravy the most. The gravy tasted home made. The way my dad used to get it when he was young. I got a chance to try the gravy, and it was the best I've ever had. Overall, I highly recommend this place. Great food. Great service. You can't go wrong here.

This place is the best breakfast in town. No frills. Not a dirty spoon either. Everything on the menu is great. Burgers are eclectic and well made but may have to use a fork. The breakfast burritos are immense. The cost of food is low due to the size of servings. The same employees have been there for years and are fantastic. It gets really busy on the weekends. They also serve the best green chili in town. New Mexico style. I'll die on that hill. The Togo roader burrito is a reasonable size and cheaper than most burrito places, comes with a coffee too.

Yet another excellent Albuquerquesque breakfast at Doug's--reminds me of Weck's, maybe because the owner used to own Weck's in Albuquerque! Doug's serves up delicious food and excellent portions with a New Mexico flavor but with an added Colorado spin to make all dishes a delight to behold, much less taste. Servers are polite and professional, dining room displays comfortable ambience and the bathrooms are clean. Go here for affordable prices combined with generous and delicious portions.

This place is absolutely delicious and you get plenty of food for the price! Servings are big, flavor is perfect! The menu reminds me of New Mexico honestly. It's a hidden gem well worth making the trip to!
