I may have just had the best damn burger ever. Seriously, in 40 years of existence, I don't think I've shoved a better burger into this face.
And I've eaten a ton(or two) of burgers!
The guy behind the counter was great at explaining. I ended up building my own double bingo with Bacon, tomato, cheddar, and Guacamole.
Starting with the burger - the balance of high grade beef and roasted chilies was perfect. Grilled to order, a perfect medium rare.
Next, the guacamole. Literally better than any Mexican / Tex-Mex around .( and I live on Mexican / Tex-Mex).
The bacon was nice and thick, not too floppy and not too crispy.
The aged cheddar was clearly premium.
And the brioche bun was great. Not too dry.
Seriously outstanding burger.
Keep up the great work!
We came to Colorado Springs to visit and knew nothing about Bingo Burger. We chose it at random and are so glad we did. I had the Shookuns Run (?) and it was incredible. Grass fed local beef with thick cut bacon, grilled onions and mushrooms with roasted garlic and bleu cheese sauce. I had sweet potato fries and for the first time ever, I understand why people like them. I had garlic bleu cheese aioli to dip them in as well as lemon rosemary aioli. My son had a lamb burger and he said it was the best thing he’s ever eaten. And he doesn’t say things like that unless it’s true. I will make a point of eating there the next time I’m in Colorado Springs. And a special shout out to Kaytlin, she was very helpful to my family and was very nice and friendly.
Great little burger joint downtown. I saw online they have gluten free options so I had to try it out.
The staff here were friendly and helpful and the restaurant was clean. It has a nice open layout that is bright and comfortable.
I ordered the Boilermaker, a small fry, and a drink (one size, free refills). It was delicious! The burger was cooked the way I asked (medium rare) and the fries were just right.
I do take a gluten digest pill right before my meal whenever I eat out, just to be safe, and I had no reactions to the food here.
If you're looking for a good GF burger and fries (or tots) downtown, I definitely recommend Bingo
Easily one of the best burger places in Colorado Springs, excellent drinks and fries as well. I got the steel city burger which is my go to. The prices are also very good for the quality of food. Excellent location and vibe to match the food.
The food is great, just a little greasy, but that’s a burger! Am I right?! The boozy shakes are delicious and fun. There’s a lot of options for entrees and sides and it doesn’t take very long to get your food after the order is put in.
This place is great and if you’re looking for a burger downtown that’s delicious and reasonably priced, I can’t recommend this place enough!
SUMMARY: My wife and I go to Bingo Burger a lot, because she loves it, and I love making her happy. Sometimes I kinda like and sometimes I really like it. It all depends.
IMPRESSIONS: Bingo Burger is a small chain of hamburger restaurants that occupies the middle ground between "fast casual" and "fast food." You can bring your family here for a sit down meal, with some limited table service. But it's really also a fast burger joint. Because of this dichotomy, your experience will vary. (This review is for the downtown Colorado Springs location.)
I've found that when we've gone to Bingo during busy times, when it's crowded, or when they are a little short staffed, the quality of food and service will suffer. During such times my burger will be overcooked, and we'll have a very long wait. It's also not a fun room when it's crowded.
But if you show up just outside of normal meal times, you're likely to have a good experience. I like ordering my dinner at the counter and having it brought to my table. And I like that Bingo by default lets you customize your sandwich. Under the right conditions, this will yield an above-average fast hamburger experience.
The sandwiches share a common Colorado theme, with Pueblo chili "Bingo sauce" a consistent option. TBH, these burgers are good but not the best in town. (For that, I recommend Felipe's.) But they are at least in the top 3 for central Colorado Springs, and it makes for a great stop on a downtown evening out.
What I especially like about Bingo Burger are their occasional Burger of the Month specials. I most recently had "The Mammajammer," and it was out of this world delicious.
Good food and price is decent... Music is way too loud to hold a conversation!
Best burger I’ve had in my life and they had amazing toasted gluten free bread. I will be back!
It does not get much tastier than crazy burger toppings on a solid burger base, and this place has that down to a science.
We were debating between a few burger joints in the area and chose this one since it actually had seating. I'm glad we chose this. They have a variety of innovative burgers, including the Ft. Carson. That was the burger I was lucky enough to choose. It comes loaded with green chiles, bacon, tater tots, and has green chiles baked into the patty. It was delicious! The fries are thicker cut than I prefer but I ended up not able to finish them all. I also tried a vanilla shake and a beer. They have a great beer list with a couple of funky options. The shake tasted good but was a little bit icy and smaller than I would've preferred for the price.
The restaurant is well-decorated and unique. The staff were nice and served us quickly. The prices are fair. The space was clean. Very solid option for a meal.
I did the build your own burger with the potato bun and it was delicious. A little pricey. For the side of fries I tried the curry ketchup with was good. It is self seating so once you order you can sit anywhere and they will bring your food out to your table. We had our food within minutes.
So me and my Fiance' came here to enjoy a meal for my Birthday. I absolutely love a great cheeseburger and I wanted to try something different from my normal local places. Being that the Skirted Heifer was closed, we decided to give Bingo Burger a try since we've never been here. I must say that customer service is important to me when I eat out and the service here was outstanding, wonderful people at the front counter and our waitress was great as well. So I wish I could give this place a 5 but due to the Ale I ordered and the burger, I honestly can't. The Ale sounded good on the chalk board, but none of the flavors were in there at all and it tasted like a regular Lager honestly. So that was a little disappointing on it's own. The Burger I ordered was a double patty Steel City(cooked to medium). I can say the burger was good, juicy, and the beef was quality. However, it just didn't have the depth of Flavor that I get at the other spots I normally go to and the other spots are about $3-$4 cheaper when I order there for the same quality and same burger with those toppings. The Fries were on point and the chili covered tater tots were really good! So overall, I would definitely come back to order something different and see if I can give that experience a full 5 stars. By the way, my fiance' got that Izze drink in the picture and it was bomb. I wanted alcohol, but I would've been happy with that drink if I knew it tasted that good. Anyways, give them a try for yourself and enjoy! Take care.
We had a good experience at this place. The food was pricey and the portions were a little small. However, the food was so good that my 11yr old said that the 'red hot' sweet tot burger was life changing'. Just about everything at the place was locally sourced and seemed to be more environmentally conscious than most places (they had bio-degradeable flatware). The lamb burger was a little more well done than we'd have liked but still yummy with the curry ketchup. The owner came out to chat with us and bussed the tables himself. That personal touch made us feel so welcomed. We definitely will be back on our next trip to Colorado Springs.
