For me, this place is about the best the Springs has to offer as far as an original concept, appealing atmosphere, good food and drink and a great entertainment venue. I’ve seen some excellent Jazz artists here. Great place to share a bottle of wine and watch some hip live music.

I love this place. Don’t go for fast food or fast drink. It is not that kind of place. Go for the experience. Food and drink are carefully made: and are excellent. All of my encounters with staff have been very pleasant.

Cute little Coffee Shop in the middle of College town. Very earthy environment and for coffee was excellent! Food was good, lots of choices

One of my favs! The jazz music with the live band brought back wonderful memories, incredible options for desserts and coffees, and my favorite...the book shelf. I loved that the shelf gave options to read the books while relaxing in a soul soothing space. Definitely a place to spend after a nice dinner or need a place to escape reality.

Americano: excellent, I’d recommend the americano over the single coffee. Coffee: very good. Order the single cup. It was smooth, tasty, light-medium brew. Hot Chocolate: good. Came as a frothy/cappuccino like milk with a chocolate sauce at the bottom. I thought it was good. However my kids did not finish it. Food: very good: Spicy Brat, $13.85, meat spicy but not over spicy, good hoagie roll. Grilled cheese. $9.75 Breakfast burrito, good, big enough to split. Atmosphere: very causal, diversity friendly. Full bar. Live music on certain nights. Location: urban/pedestrian Staff: pleasant and friendly Decor: rustic Time of patronage: weekday lunch

Welcoming building and clean. I love the atmosphere. The food and drinks are wonderful. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Even being understaffed and having a long line of customers. I think the coffee has a sour/sweet taste to is. It is still smooth but not strong in the "normal" coffee flavor. I got a 3 shot Almond milk Latte. The temperature was perfect and the taste was delicious.

Loved this place! We got the brat & pretzel board for a starter & then the street nachos (which were amazing dipped in the gooseberry sauce). We sat in the back in “the nest” which was more secluded & quiet! Service was great also. Definitely will be back soon!

Always an incredible place for a tasty pour over and a quiet moment to read or work. Today's brew was a single origin from El Salvador with strong notes of raspberry and chocolate. Those that take their coffee quite seriously will find solace here.
