We are visiting Colorado Springs and are very gluten free. The options have been fantastic, but the best by far is Coquette’s. They definitely could work on the service. It’s sometimes a little unresponsive and slow, but they fix anything you bring up right away, and are generally super nice. The food, man, it is so very delicious. For breakfast we have have had the French toast, crepes, frenchie hoagie, and the chicken and waffles. All were delicious. It is so hard to do a good GF crepe, it was like before my GF days! We have just finished dinner and We has the fried chicken and fish and chips! Both fantastic! It is rare to find a place that has done this leve of execution on a variety of gluten free foods. Also it was stress free, being 100% gluten free. Will be back when we are back in Colorado Springs.

The number one gluten free hangout. I come once a week at least and grab gift cards for everyone I truly care about. Pictures tell all. Great management. Amazing staff. YOU GOTTA SEE THIS PLACE FOR YOURSELF!

Wow, this place is amazing! Excellent food, and it's all gluten free. It doesn't matter that much to me personally, but having a place where I can go with celiacs who won't have to worry is such a nice change. The location is very chic and has a lot of back meeting rooms for private events. And if you're not looking for a meal, you can always just grab treats from their bakery display up front!

I have had Celiac disease for about a year now and this is the FIRST time I’ve been able to eat out with out the fear of cross contamination. The food was absolutely phenomenal and decently priced. Being able to enjoy such delicious food at a restaurant again for the first time in a year was a huge step at feeling like a normal foodie again. I have very severe reactions to the smallest amount of Gluten and I had absolutely no problems eating here and wasn’t looked at strangely for being so hyper vigilant about my worry over gluten. Absolutely would recommend and will definitely return!

We recently visited Coquettes and while they are doing takeout only, you can still eat your food on their patio! Everything we had was SO tasty!! The staff was also super helpful.

Has a decent selection of both classic and higher flavor combinations for cupcakes, and the energy in the bistro itself is great. Savory crepes are available which is a comfort to all. Service is fantastic, the lattes are decent, and the sparkling chanpagne cupcake is fairly good.

Amazing food and service! This is truly a great find! Everything is GF and they have many vegan options as well. When your non-GF hubby can eat here and walk away saying he has NO REGRETS about it, you have found a rare gem!! Will definitely be back!!

This place is fabulous! We ate here 4 of the 7 days that my wife and I were in Colorado Springs. Everything on the menu is to die for if your gluten free or celiac and struggle to find a place two eat when traveling. Pictured below is the fish and chips and the Monte Cristo that we had the first night.

Coquette's is the best! I needed some gluten-free dairy-free desserts for Thanksgiving, and they had a huge selection. The man who helped me was wonderful and even offered to hold the door on my way out. Thanks for the delicious food and great service!

Our first visit to this downtown jewel of a bakery and bistro. Breakfast on my mind and the menu screamed out, "Monte Cristo!" What a beautiful dish! Along with Betssy's amazing service came a fantastic sandwich and sauteed veggies, including carrots and Brussels sprouts. Coffee finished off, take home muffins boxed up and my wife and I pleasantly satisfied. Great job Coquette's! Seeing you again Soon! E
