Very nice atmosphere on the patio!! Food was good. Everyone in my group enjoyed their food. We ordered steak, big burrito, seafood enchiladas, and dessert!! The service was ok. They were really busy. We waited a while for food. The atmosphere on the patio was so pleasant, we didn't care about the wait. *I forgot the name of what I ordered. It started with an M. It chicken and steak fajitas and chorizo, cheese, onion and peppers. I would rate my entree an 8/10. Staff was friendly!!

The staff and food were amazing. We sat outside near the creek and it was a beautiful view. They give you a lot of food. The margaritas are really good too. Definitely a great spot!

Our poor waitress was running to tables since they did not have enough people. The wait was longer than expected but the food was good once it was delivered to the table. The queso was awesome but some of the chips were over cooked. To the point they tasted burnt. The second round of chips was better. I ordered carnitas. The meat was moist and flavorful. The rest of the family enjoyed their dinner. I would return.

This is officially my #1 FAVORITE Restaurant in the world! Why? The Frozen Mango Margarita! Stay with me! I'm a House Margarita on the rocks with salt kind-of-gal but I cannot get enough of these! I just moved in nearby and feel this may turn dangerous... Creekside dining, outdoor heaters for winter, and indoor bar & restaurant. The food is beautifully plated and fresh, delicious! Dogs allowed on the outer patio. Great for big or small groups. Made some friends in the parking lot! There is also a bridge you can go on to enjoy the creek!

Everything was delicious, hit the spot! I chose the medium size margarita, large enough to share with my hubby. It was tasty with a fresh Rose's Lime Juice flavor (reminded me of margaritas from the 1970s). The tortilla chips were crispy, though cooled quickly; the mild salsa was fresh and flavorful. We ordered the Molcajetes for Two: perfect amount to share plus take leftovers for another meal. The chicken and steak were so tender, the seasoning was so good! On a whim, we ordered the Bavarian Cream Churros - the BEST Churros I've ever had! I'm hooked 😋
Our server Juanito was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The restaurant was clean and welcoming.

Cute place by small water stream. Food was good. Service took a lot of time. We had to wait a while for waiter to comeback to our table. Would only go back for the location.

We ended up eating outside in the evening. It was nice patio seating located creekside. The server was nice and attentive and asked about if details of our order were correct. They also interacted well with our kid. The price was pretty good for the food we got. It's been a while since we've been here but we'd definitely come back!

In town for the IAFF Fallen Firefighter Memorial. We have been here many times in the past. Group if Firefighters and some family here for lunch after the Memorial service. AS usual the good and service was Great!

First off, the food was excellent. The chips were warm; everything about the quality of the food was top notch. Staff were friendly and service was fast. It was generally a very positive experience.
However, I couldn’t give 5 stars because of a few errors. First off, we didn’t see it on the menu anywhere, but it seems that everything comes with rice and beans. This is generally a positive, but if we had known, we could have asked that our daughter’s meal come without the beans as she strongly dislikes them. Additionally, the menu stated that kids meals come with mandarin oranges. They didn’t come with the meal, and when we asked, the server had to check, but they didn’t have any. The menu also stated that kids meals come with a drink, but we were charged for our daughter’s drink, and when we brought it up, the server had to check the menu. Maybe he was a new server, but with the mandarin orange thing, it seems that there are some issues with the menu.

First time visiting here and I really liked it. As a TX girl I have high standards and like a bit for flavor in my Mexican food, but this was good! I had the queso and flautas. The portion sizes are big, the staff friendly and service timely. I sat outside and enjoyed the whole experience. I will come back!

We got there about 7:15, the inside restaurant was empty, but to our surprise the outside seating was packed. We had about a 10 minute wait for a table, but it was worth it. The food was plentiful and good. Our server did a great job. Stop in and have a good dinner.

We moved to Colorado in 2014, and I had never found good Queso Blanco. Altho we've seen this restaurant tons of times, we JUST had our first visit on 4/30/22, for the sole reason that I saw Queso Blanco on the online menu. But the Queso was just the tip of the iceberg: the whole meal was awesome! I had Chicken Taquitos and hubby had Beef Enchiladas, then we capped off the meal with Bunuelos. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is really nice (we sat outside by the Creek).
We're already talking about when we will go back, because we both found our new favorite Mexican Restaurant that night!

We have eaten here a few times, and have noticed the quality of food going down. Last night's visit will probably be our last, the quality continued to drop, and now the service has declined. They forgot we were waiting, took over 45 minutes to get seated, took forever to get a high chair, server appeared frazzled, despite the place not being that busy.
Can't depend on the location by the creek forever.

I have been coming here for years and never had a negative experience until yesterday. I know its very chaotic when it is busy but we waited almost an entire hour to be seated. We watched as people who had just come in were being sat down before us. Finally after the people next to us complained to the manager, we were finally seated. While ordering, I told the waiter Omar that I would be ordering ala cart because I can not eat food containing animal products. I asked if I could order a small side of onions and peppers as well and that I would be glad to pay extra. Without even asking the kitchen, he told me no, they were too busy. When the food finally came, there was cheese all over my tortillas I ordered. Not a little, a LOT.
In the middle of eating, we were brought the check. Never asked if we wanted dessert. Felt very unwelcome as if the waiter was pushing us to leave. He was very unkind and barely spoke to us. But we noticed he was being very friendly to all his other tables. As someone who works in the food industry, this was very unacceptable.

My wife and I had dinner on 7/6/18 and we noticed the menu has been drastically down-sized. My wife said the food did not taste the same as it always had so we can't rate the restaurant excellent anymore. We have been coming to Amanda's Fonda for over 10 years and I wonder if the ownership has changed. The menu no longer has a Question and Answer section where it was mentioned that there is an Amanda.

Been here in springs 3 years never once came here till Sat August 12. Mom was visiting from Cali we saw this restaurant while stuck on the rd for traffic said hey let's try it .. the outside sitting area by the creek was very beautiful. The food was good an my michelada was on point coming from Cali were Mexican food is the best . this place is not bad for what we love to eat on a sat Sunday morning menudo an a cold one.

A wonderful restaurant with a great atmosphere. If you're a seafood lover, don't miss trying the Camarones Jalisco. They are phenomenal! The margaritas are fantastic and the staff provides for a great dining experience. Love the place!

I can't really comment on the food, since the service was so poor we actually had to walk out after waiting 40+ minutes beyond the time we ordered and still hadn't received any of our food nor any explanation from the staff. It was definitely the low point of our Colorado Springs vacation.

The tortilla soup is the most incredible tortilla soup I've tasted. Nice pieces of avocado. The sampler platter fed three of us and there we had some left over. Very delicious.

Our new favorite restaurant!!! Authentic Mexican with lots of healthy options too. The grilled chicken salad so good and the carnitas were the best my husband ever had - so flavorful and moist. Salsa and guacamole was great! Even coleslaw was fantastic. Can’t wait to go back!!!
