First time and I was not disappointed! Location is great, in the heart of downtown, with plenty of street parking. The restaurant is decorated nicely with a quiet, contemporary vibe. Staff were all very welcoming, answered any questions and service was phenomenal. Food came out fast and everything was steaming hot! The vegetables were all crisp and flavors were outstanding. Absolutely will be back again!

This was my first time dining here under the new ownership. I went with my go-to Pho with well done brisket. The broth had the perfect flavor, and came with all the sides to load it up proper. The restaurant has a nice, comfortable feel to it. The staff are super friendly and very attentive. Executive Chef Shyann has some phenomenal dishes on the lunch and dinner menu. On my next visit, I will be trying the Bahn Mi. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, if you're wanting some authentic food.

Food was above average although not the best I have had, it was fresh, well seasoned and overall delicious. I got the spring roll (summer roll) and that was absolutely 5 stars. Get that! The atmosphere is fancy, and nice! Loved it! The service was excellent, attentive and fast! They didn’t have sparkling water, that’s ok.
EXCELLENT VALUE $30 with tip and delicious.
I would DEFINITELY go back and probably will. They are closed each day from 3-4pm, so be advised.

I went here during a down time and was able to have such an intimate experience! You can tell the staff loves being here! I was able to sit and chat with the new chef and I could see the love she has for what she’s doing! I cannot wait to see how this place grows. I only got a picture of my summer rolls, but everything was phenomenal.

It’s a nice little south asian restaurant in Colorado Springs downtown. They have good variety of noodles, lowmein, sandwiches and many other south asian dishes. Parking would be difficult at times. They have won many awards for their great food and services. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

My family and I enjoyed dinner here on Saturday evening. The food was delicious with generous portions. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We're from Cheyenne, but if we lived closer, we would definitely frequent this restaurant on a regular basis.

I had a date night with my hubby . From the beginning we tried the chicken wings - they are so good, love the little crunchiness on them!! The short rib bibimbap highly recommended!!! One of my favorites!! The Pad Thai we didn’t like it very much. For one, it is not authentic since it doesn’t have egg in it and two, the sauce is too acidic. But in overall we would comeback. The service, ambiance and food was pretty good! FYI Sonia was so sweet and so attentive!! Love the beautiful updates in the restaurant!!

WOW! Really enjoyed dinner and love the new look at Saigon! We heard Saigon was changing, but we were pleasantly surprised with how lovely the staff was and how delicious everything tasted. The menu has some changes, and a nice new modern look. We Love that it still feels like a local family owned restaurant. Definately will go again.

Last night I went for dinner here and I feel like I need to give my honest review after reading all the hate they are getting in the review section.
The moment we walked in, they welcomed us with a big smile and super friendly vibes from the team. The host and server were so nice and helpful!
I ordered the summer rolls (delicious) and the Pho (amazing)!!!! My husband ordered the Lo Mein and it was delicious, and a very generous portion! To be honest, I really enjoy the new flavors and atmosphere!! 10/10 we will be back soon!

This weekend I was craving my favorite Downtown restaurant, Saigon Cafe. Apparently it’s under new ownership and I will say it is fantastic! I am vegan and ordered the vegan pho which was phenomenal! Definitely will recommend to my gals. I also love the new decorations absolutely changed the atmosphere!

After a less than ideal experience with Vietnamese food when last I had it, I decided to try again at this intriguing place, and I was fully impressed. The plump, robust shrimp they provide in the shrimp lo mein are the most savory you'd typically find outside the Caribbean, and the iced tea was a soothing delight on a blazingly hot day. The atmosphere is a bit lacking, but the interior is spacious, and the service is exceptional.
