Review The Rabbit Hole - Colorado Springs

Delicious meal, amazing service, and delicious food. Entrance looks like a subway entrance and upon entering you’re greeted by friendly staff and cozy ambiance. There are a wide range of seating style from high table top to booth cushion seat. Our waitress is very friendly and make great recommendation. We were a group of 3 and a friend in the group is vegan - we were impressed with range of vegan options for appetizer and entree and was glad we could order something the whole table can share. Food is big portion size. Only comment is I wish we were informed the bread with pasta is extra ($6) as we though it was complimentary like in Italian restaurant when we were asked if we wanted it and it wasnt listed as extra cost/option on the menu.

This place was everything we expected and more! We had a group of 4 and all were happy with our experience. The food and presentation was great. The drinks were delicious. The atmosphere and artwork were exceptional. I would definitely recommend the Rabbit Meatloaf and the Sticky Ribs.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. Being an Alice in Wonderland fan, I tracked this place down almost a year before our trip. I loved it so much. The atmosphere was perfect. It's upscale, yet comfortable. The food was some of the best food we've ever had. My husband said it was the best steak he's ever had. The carrot cake was melt in your mouth. Ugh, I just loved it everything about it!

The inside is nice with a very cool theme. The menu changes regular and always has some good choices. The food is always good. The one downside is that the mix drinks are only okay. Overall the restaurant is nice and I will continue to come back.

We tried The Rabbit Hole while out in Colorado Springs. What an experience! The entrance to the restaurant sets the stage for a wonderful, transporting dining experience. We had the roasted cauliflower appetizer. Filets and Braised Buffalo Short Rib for entrées. Very delicious! I had to try the signature white rabbit drink. It is topped with a flaming marshmallow! Imagine a coconut cream pie in a glass. Of course I had an old fashion next and that was my dessert. The restaurant decor is beautiful with interesting paintings of Alice in Wonderland. If you are in the Colorado Springs area, it's a must try!

A must try when in The Springs! Definitely RSVP in advance, especially on the weekends. Atmosphere was on theme and cozy - definitely had the speakeasy feel. Service was friendly but felt just a bit rushed out towards the end. Angus Ribeye = 9/10 - hefty portion size and juicy - could’ve used a bit more seasoning. Mashed potatoes were *chefs kiss. Asparagus was good but could’ve been cooked for a tad longer. Braised short rib = 9.5/10 - again, mashed potatoes were to die for! Carrots were well done and braised short rib was perfection. Fell off the bone so easily and flavor was on point. Only wish is that I had more of it. The “T” Party = 9/10 - super smooth and a great twist on the classic margarita. Amaretto Sour = 8/10 - good, not too sweet or sour but not the best. personal preference: wish there was more egg white Carrot Cake = 8/10 - good, not too sweet, good size for 2 of us, but have had better.

Everything was PERFECT! we got there 30 mins before our reservation so they let us wait at the bar. We got seated within 10 minutes. The ambience was outstanding and only beaten by the quality of the food. We had the rabbit meatloaf and the lamb and both were perfection. My boyfriend ALWAYS adds salt to his food, no matter how nice the restaurant. For the first time in 2 years he added NO extra salt or pepper. He said "that would be an insult to the chef". The prices were incredible for the quality. Will definitely go back!!!

Went here foe drinks after dinner, once we got here we had wished we had dinner here! I absolutely loved the theme of Alice in wonderland. I ordered their carrot cake and white rabbit Martini. The hostess was amazing and our waitress was super sweet and friendly. It was within walking distance of the parking garage and was super easy to find with their unique entrance. Highly recommend 10/10. If I ever come back to Colorado Springs this will be on my list to revisit!

This is a great place to eat, as the food is delicious and the service is amazing. The restaurant is to dark, but the decoration creates the Alice in Wonderland environment. Each plate was amazing, tasty and big, you can even share with your partner some of them. The service was amazing, they were always attentive and eager to answer our questions. Definitely recommended and a must visit place in Colorado Spring.

5 stars. Everything was excellent. From food to service to atmosphere. I believe our server was Leah "?" Anyway, very helpful and all smiles. Some of the best Ribeye I've had. Interesting entrance on the sidewalk. This used to be a morgue but the places is pretty lively. Reservations highly recommended. Oh, plenty of food is served. My wife and I split the Ribeye... still taking some home. There is a small upcharge for the extra plate.

Me and the family decided to try The Rabbit Hole for my wife's birthday dinner. The atmosphere was good, the waitress was friendly, all the drinks were good, and the food was alright. Don't think that 1 drink and 1 main course was worth about $50/person, definitely wasn't that great all together.

This location is primarily for the aesthetic as well as the flavor. Yes the price seems steep but for the quality you receive it is fair. The truffle fries were a great start to freshen up the palette. Emily was kind enough to make suggestions regarding the menu as it was my first time there. I'm glad I trusted her judgement! Her service was excellent and she was pleasant to have around. Also my kindest regards to the chefs, they did a remarkable job at pleasing the taste buds. I look forward to my next visit.

I recently visited The Rabbit Hole restaurant with a party of three, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Despite arriving just before the dinner rush, we were promptly seated, which was a pleasant surprise. We eagerly perused the menu and decided to order the duck, lamb, and fish dishes, each of which surpassed our expectations. The culinary journey at The Rabbit Hole continued with a shared indulgence—a chocolate moon cake dessert that was simply heavenly. The flavors were rich and decadent, leaving us wanting more. The presentation was also top-notch, demonstrating the attention to detail that permeated the entire dining experience. Beyond the delectable fare, the atmosphere at The Rabbit Hole was truly captivating. The entrance, with its enchanting path leading down to the restaurant, set the tone for an evening of wonder and excitement. The interior exuded a cozy yet sophisticated vibe, making it an ideal setting for an intimate dinner or a celebratory gathering. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend The Rabbit Hole. The combination of exceptional food, impeccable service, and enchanting atmosphere makes it a standout dining destination. Whether you're looking for a memorable night out or simply craving a gastronomic adventure, The Rabbit Hole is sure to leave you thoroughly satisfied.

Everything about our dinner was excellent! The atmosphere/decor is so cool and so many of the booths/tables are tucked into little nooks. Our server was so kind and gave us great recommendations for food! She said the duck was her favorite dish and it did not disappoint! That was one of the best duck dishes I've had. We also had the Duchess and Tweedle Bee to drink and they were both delicious! As other reviews mentioned, would recommend reservations.

We had heard great things about the food and theming of this restaurant so we wanted to try it out. It has a very cool vibe with having to go downstairs to get there and the subtle Alice in Wonderland theming. We did make a reservation online. We were sat right at our reservation time. We were sat at the same time as another couple a table over and they ended up being served first, served faster, and left before we did which was a little disheartening to see as it felt like we were an afterthought as we were put into a corner. The layout of the restaurant is different and interesting since it is basically in the basement so just prepare for that ahead of time so as not to be surprised or disappointed. We waited a while to be greeted but once we were greeted, we were able to put in our order, and the server gave recommendations, and showed what the seasonal offerings were which was nice. We ordered the blackberry mojito and old fashioned which were both delicious. We got the risotto cakes and chili for an appetizer. They were both good but nothing spectacular. For entrees we ordered the shrimp linguini and the chicken cordon bleu. Again both were good but nothing that blows your socks off. We also ordered the pumpkin cheesecake for dessert which was honestly the best part. Overall we enjoyed our meal here, but it was a solid 1.5 hour meal. The service was slow and none of the food stood out for the price. Overall it doesn’t seem like you are getting a lot of bang for your buck here with the prices they are charging. We are glad we came to try it out once, but will probably not return.

I took a chance with the lamb, and was not a fan. Can't put my finger on it, but it didn't hit. The filet was top notch! I still think the vibe was good, and our server was awesome. I will never knock an establishment because of a dislike for something new. I don't know that I'd go back, as the variety is too limited. I appreciate the ambiance.

A dazzling entrance, a mysterious feeling dining room, and delicious, hearty food that leaves you wanting to lick your plate. The rabbit hole is truly an experience in creative cocktails, unique decor, and mouthwatering dishes. I ordered a "T" party cocktail (a margarita with grapefruit juice) to start. The salty rim, tart juice, and tequila make for an addictive sip. While this drink does cost $14 all fourteen sips were worth the dollar I paid each time. For an entree I had the bison short rib. Omg. This pull apart, incredibly tender meat was the most flavorful bison I've had in a long time. It was served on a bed of lightly roasted carrots and decadent whipped potatoes. If I was on death row being served a last meal, I'd want it to be this. I'm going to go to bed tonight and wish it was with a side of those potatoes because the whole thing was absolute perfection. I think even Gordon Ramsey would cry over how good it was. Unfortunately I didn't order dessert this time, but I plan to come back for another round of delicious food and drinks.

This is a very busy place. We had reservations and still waited a while. The staff are very friendly and our waitress was cool. We did get the famous drink...THE WHITE RABBIT. It was super yummy. Will difently come back again.
