I have been going to this restaurant for years!!! If you know Korean food, this is excellent. You can eat from the lunch buffet or order from the menu. I especially love the marinated vegetables. We know that veggies are highly recommended in their raw form to get the nutrients, so having the choices they provide...is awesome.
As for the service...very friendly and very attentive. I travel all over the state with my job, and still believe that Rchmond and the Yri-Cities have the best restaurants in the state. Oh, BTW! I am a caterer on the side. I highly recommend this restaurant and have introduced many to it.

We've been coming here since my daughter was an infant and the food is always delicious. We absolutely love the owner.
For the area, this place is great. Something different and good quality.
This place has some pretty good food. The lunch buffet is great, but the selection is small. Dinner is exclusively ordered from the menu, but the quality is great as well.
I came here during their buffet. It was awesome and such a good deal for only $8. There were several of the traditional small Korean dishes to choose from. Additionally there many other dishes, some include bulgogi, noodles, Kim bop, chicken, and pot stickers. All items were tasty! The service is excellent. The atmosphere is relaxing.
Not sure.... About 7 of us came for dinner, the waitress (I assumed the owner as well) recommended bulgogi. Some of us ordered some fried mandu. The waitress came back with a big bowl of soup and a bunch of fried mandu for all of us. The bulgogi was cooked on the grill at the table and it tasted all right. The soup was ok. The fried mandu was really small and nothing was spectacular about it. They also gave us a free bottle of soju (size of a small wine bottle from Denny's). Overall, the food was average.
When we paid, they charged all of for the soup and fried mandu. Some of us were caught in surprise because we thought the soup was free, since nobody ordered any. The second surprise was that ALL of us had to pay for the fried mandu because only some of us ordered it. Basically, the restaurant forced us to pay for something we didn't order. We had to pay at least $20 per person.
I will not come back because of the problem mentioned above.
NO MATTER WHAT, It is 100 times better than the Mexican place next door. Made the mistake of trying THEM before Koreana. Travesty. Koreana is amazing. The owner who also was my server is the nicest most courteous and helpful person ever. Although I am a regular of Korean fair, her suggestions were helpful and well given. The food, including the buffet which I was SO surprised to stumble upon, were wonderful. Very authentic and tastey. Portions and price are spot on.

Food was very good. Tried the stir fried pork in hot sauce after a recommendation from the hostess. Very good! Nice flavor. Will be back again.
Great Place !!!. I love this restaurant. Their buffet is awesome. Prices are affordable. I have been going here since I was a kid and will continue to.
Koreana. Very nice Korean restaurant. Not spicy unless you ask for spicy. Kimbap was more Japanese style then Korean. All the kimbap I had in Korea used spam. They don't use spam here. They have naengmyun in the summer (have to ask if it is available. They have a nice lunch buffet from 11am-2pm. This is my favorite Korean restaurant in the Fort Lee area.
Very good food. I got a pork dish with h mixed vegetables and it was very flavorful. My wife got a bowl that was good but needed some seasoning. They also put a variety of different vegetables on the table to share which were good. My only small complaint is they sell soda by the can at $2 each which is way overpriced so we both got water. Overall excellent food and I would definitely go again.
Delicious, authentic Korean food. It tasted just like when we lived in Korea! Haven't had Korean food taste this good for such a reasonable price in a very long time. The pajeon had a wonderful, crispy edge and the Dolsot Bibimbap came out sizzling. Great side (banchan) dishes, too!
Ok, this is my favorite little spot. It's authentic, the people are friendly & accommodating, (they allow me to practiceme Korean)and the food is what I image it would taste like if I were really in Korea. Didn't want to share tbh, but I'd rather have the place have more customers that appreciate the realness & deliciousness.
WOW!!!! I wasn't expecting much from the storefront, but the food was AMAZING, and the server was SO FRIENDLY! Certainly a worthwhile place to stop if you're open to trying extremely authentic Korean Food. I had the Dolsot Bibimbap, which was astoundingly good.
Awesome authentic food. Tastes like this is really what they cook for their family! Very attentive and knowledgeable staff. They are a new family taking over from the previous owners. I have been going for many years and although the food tastes different I think they are really getting in the swing of things. Every time I go back things are a little better. Please give this family a chance and keep this wonderful Korean location open.
Awesome! My husband and I had never tried Korean food before, but everything was delicious and well seasoned. The waitress (who may be the owner?) was so kind and, like someone else mentioned, clearly passionate about us trying and enjoying the food. She was probably the nicest waitress I've ever met. It wasn't busy and the food came out very quickly.
My husband ordered a rice dish and it was enough for both of us to be full. It was very fresh tasting and well presented. I had the Korean teriyaki beef (after our waitress helped me decide!) which was surprisingly very tender. It came with white rice and we shared about 6 small sides plus soup that I guess come with each meal. We were given candy and tangerines as we left. Overall, really satisfied with the food and pleased with the service!
