My honey and I live 60 miles before High Tides. We went today just cause of High Tides. The atmosphere is chill. The waiters/waitress are always pleasant and eager to do their best. My husband loves the stuffed flounder, that looked well seasoned. I love the succulent potato cakes and the steaks that are juicy and cooked perfect everything. Superb! Also, they don't mind going heavy with the alcohol, always a plus. Slaw was too runny though.
I go with my wife to this place from time to time! This is my favorite spot to pass a nice evening. I visit this spot at least once a month. The cooking is very tasty, the staff is welcoming and the charge is reasonable. I like eating in this place over a rich lunch.
wings were great nice and crispy as i asked for well done. the oysters were ok but the prices were very expensive for small portions. we sat outside which was nice drinks were good. but again the prices were very high 4stars for ambiance, food flavor 4*, prices 0*

I came here with my boyfriend during a day trip to Colonial Beach. The food was pretty good, and the server was very friendly. The atmosphere was pretty chill. I ordered the steamed, spiced shrimp and he ordered the scallops. Both were good. I also ordered the Neptune frozen drink which was alright, but it was a little too much ice, not as much drink mix.
Seafood was good. Prime rib French dip sandwich was too salty. French fries were good. Bar drinks were good. Great location on the river. Seating available both inside and outside.
We received great service and the view from the restaurant was fantastic. The food was ok overall, but the serving sizes are great. My Delmonico steak was really good as well. I would have dinner there again. 😊👌🏽
