We literally just got done eating fresh Alaskan King Crab legs flown in yesterday and they were the best we ever had. Worth every penny and better then any restaurant would have. We would recommend Capt'n Chucky's 100%. The people are very nice and friendly and the crab cakes and seafood are tremendous.
Tried the calamari fries and was amazed how tender they were..... best calamari I have had since I left Florida......

Just ordered for the first time after hearing great things about it- and We do not regret it!
We got the coconut shrimp- which were SO much better than any restaurants/ store bought!
Also, we ordered the crab cakes (3 different kinds) Loved the large selection- every one of them were TO DIE FOR, great flavor- not a lot/ if at all any filler! Quick and easy heating instructions were included.
I caved and got the hush puppies as well, INCREDIBLE! I highly recommend ordering from here, we will be back soon.
P.S. The woman that was at the counter was extremely friendly and welcoming- this (sadly) is hard to come by anymore.
Really good seafood that you heat yourself. Instructions are printed on each selection. The crab cakes were very good with little to no filler. The creamy clam chowder was very tasty and so thick I was able to stand a spoon up in it. I would recommend that you go online and order ahead for pickup to ensure you get what you crave before they run out.
My husband and I ordered food online yesterday. It was so convenient. The well described menu items made it very easy to choose what to order! When my husband picked up the food, the man who was working there was very welcoming. The cooking instructions that came with our food were on point. We had the classic crab imperial stuffed flounder and the crab imperial stuffed portabello mushroom and they were both amazing! We will be ordering food from here frequently now.
The best seafood store in the area! We love the shrimp and the takeout meals are incredibly fresh. Honestly, any item that you order is delicious and very affordable. The curbside service is super convenient. I appreciate the workers taking the time to keep us safe! The owners are super friendly and will always go out of their way to provide the best service. 100% would recommend.
I recently bought a bag of shrimp from Capt'n Chucky's in Colmar and SO enjoyed the taste and meatiness of each piece after piece. Add a little cocktail sauce--heaven! Another favorite of mine is their almond flounder. I appreciate the safety and convenience of their curbside pick up.
We have been ordering every Friday night since the pandemic. Only great thing about the pandemic was discovering this place. Our Friday night shrimp and crab cake orders are what we look forward to! The shrimp is fresh and delicious. The Mega Colossal Crab Cake is exactly how it is described.....huge and full of crab meat. The Lobster Bisque is also a treat. Really great food and friendly owners.
I spend my whole life living on an island and cherishing all the seafood I harvested. I have to admit I did not like crabs no matter how you prepare them but when I tried the crab meat at this Outlet I was amazed how good and flavorful and how uniquely prepared it was. I was very impressed by their menu with the variety of crab meat they prepare. I will be trying their crab meat jambalaya today and no doubt it will be fantastic. Considering they are hours away from any Shoreline I give them 5 stars
Everything there is so delicious and Terri, the owner is so friendly and knowledgeable. A big shout out to Terri for keeping us safe during the pandemic while also enabling us to still enjoy the top quality seafood products that she provides. It is so quick and easy to still order her wonderful food and drive up and have it brought curbside right to my car. This Holiday season, members of my family suggested to me that I could always give Capt. Chucks crab cakes and scallops as a gift to them since they have had them at my house in the past and have loved them. I take them to friends in Maryland because they are so fond of the Capt. Chuckys products they have tasted at my place. Keep up the good work!
