Domino's Pizza

They’re not running a business, they’re running a circus. They claimed to deliver my order online but when I step outside nothing is there. The manager talked over me when I called to report the incident and refused to listen anything I had to say Cortez should not be a manager. This location needs to go out of business. I have never been so disrespected in my life. The quality of food sucks as expected by this point.

All four pizza were very good. They got hit with several orders and it cased our order to run late. Had to wait another 20 minutes after driving 20 minutes to get there. All of the staff was working hard to get it done. We ordered online, just not sure how all of that works. Hopefully the staff knows why and they could correct the problem before we order again.

Will not be ordering from here again. I’ve had several issues with orders being wrong, arriving very late etc so I stopped ordering for a bit. Tried again tonight and after almost 2 hours I was given differing times and hung up on. I called after my order still said “kassie was prepping it” for almost an hour. They said it was in the oven almost done and would be to me in 20 min. I said ok but was annoyed. Another 40 min goes by says my pizza was delivered so I called again. The person I spoke to talked over me and was rude. He said the driver would be leaving in 10 min and then it would be another 20 min for delivery. I questioned another 30 min? He said yes but I opted to cancel and asked for a refund and he hung up on me. I had to call back speak to a manager who was nicer but seemed annoyed. Still apologetic told me I would get a refund and offered and credit. I refused the credit because it’s consistent issues. Well two hours later the driver delivers the food and its not my even my order.

Pizza hut had me sitting an hour for nothing after working a 12 hour shift and as a chef owner getting in to dominos atleast they called to let me know I would have to pick up versus getting nothing or a heads up. I just moved to town and 2nd experience is great. 1st time when we moved in they where here lightning quick. I can't stand reviews but when it's deserved it's deserved.

I understand that you guys are ready to go home and your tired but if you dont like your job just quit it. Because at this point what is the purpose of even being there. I ordered a pizza for my little sister and it was very cold and they poured some type of sauce on the pizza that i didn't even ask for these last few times i ordered from here has been trash!!!!

Horrible experience!!!!!I placed a delivery order spent 100 dollars... they forgot some items so when I called the guy on the phone tells me the manager said you can come get them.I told him I payed a delivery fee for a reason.I then asked to speak with the manager after waiting 8 minutes the manager gets on the phone and I ask him his name he says "I'm not giving you my name" I told him he wasn't very professional and he screamed " WHAT IM ABOUT TO DO IS GOING TO BE REAL UNPROFESSIONAL" then starts screaming how it's just him and 2 other employees.Clearly they are stressed and understaffed but if this is not something you can handle it's probably time to get a new job.Needless to say I don't have the items and don't have the refund and I don't have it in me to speak to "AUSTIN" the manager (I found his name on my online order.)So I contacted corporate... I'll let y'all know how that goes.
