Very long wait at the drive-thru. Only 2 or 3 employees working. Not enough for the amount of customers coming in. They did a good job under the circumstances though. They were apologetic for the long wait & were very courteous. My order was correct, nicely packaged, & very well made. 5 stars for the employees working tonight.

This location needs serious help. We sat in line for a long time. Then they told us they only accept cash. There was no way to exit the line - we were stuck with vehicles behind us. When we told them they needed to post a sign that they only accept cash, they closed the drive-thru window in our face. When I went in to discuss with the manager, a young man told me that they do not have comment cards. He said "it's on-line, it's called 1 800 taco bell".

This was pathetic. I ordered a party pack, two Pepsi’s, and a pack of nachos with 2 cinnamon twists. All that I got was a big party pack filled with random sauce and two pepsis. This is the worst restaurant I’ve ever ordered from. This makes me regret advocating for higher wages.

Waited 30 minutes. My starting spot in line would of took no more than 10 minutes at any other Taco Bell. Then they get my order wrong but since they have the lobby closed the only way to my correct order would be to wait in line again.

Wait times can be a little long and there's no escaping the drive thru once your in but 9 out of 10 orders have been correct and the other one was something minor. Want a reliable order from your favorite taco fast food place? Stop at this Taco Bell.

Unfortunately, my orders from this locations have something wrong with them more than 50% of the time. That is not acceptable. For my last order, I wanted a vegetarian burrito, but was instead given a steak burrito with fries and nacho cheese. I will not be visiting this location again.

Ordered from dining room at the self-order station and it took a great amount of time to get order. Took one star off. I always love Taco Bell.

Just left Taco Bell in Collinsville. Too busy to take our order. Drive up and inside self order with cc only. They would not take our order or cash. If the two young men in front of us was having trouble keying in their order I'm sure I didn't want the frustration of it. Taco Bell in Collinsville just lost two regulars!
