I never leave bad reviews but I came to this location because they have a big sign that says "we are open," just to sit at the drive thru for 10+ minutes with no one answer. I check their hours and they didn't close for another ten minutes, but I assume they decided not to take any more orders 😬 Also, might want to include the hours on your sign that says "we are open" because the sign eludes that they're 24 hrs

Orders are consistently wrong causing you to have to wait even longer to fix it and don't bother DoorDashing from here because not only will the order be wrong it will be missing items as well. Fries were cold and the drinks tasted watered down on top of it.

I ordered $39.66 worth of food and I had two 15 dollar gift cards to use. So when I got to the window I handed the guy the two 15 dollar gift card with $30 together and a $10 bill and .66 cents so he could just give me a $1.00 back in change. Well he didn’t know how to do the gift cards so the Manager comes over to do the cards. I guess she didn’t really know either because it took like 15 minutes. When she is done she hands me out the two gift cards so I was like why are you giving me empty gift cards back you owe me a $1 she’s like what do you mean so I explained what I should not of had to. She says how do I owe i used the cash and kept $1 0n the gift card. So I said no here you can have the gift card and give me my $1 she says there is no possible way for her to do that 🤦‍♀️ most of us have worked fast food or retail at some point customer is always right give them the dollar out of the drawer and go on with your day. She refused I never did get my $1 and she only left .90 cents on the card world experience I have had in a long time.

Several items that I wanted were out of stock. Ended up with something I didn't want. Wife ordered a meal package and did not receive the fries. Found that when we got home. Not happy at all.

Curently sitting in the spotless lobby, listening to the manager complain about her employee. She told the guy to clock out. He did so and left, and now she's going on and on about it. I'm unsure what she thought he was going to do upon being asked to clock out. Apparently nothing is stocked and ready to go. They are not even busy lol there are 4 employees and we have been waiting for 15 minutes now. It is 830 in the evening, not even dinner rush! This job is not for everyone smh

I don't normally leave a bad review, but this Arby's location struck out on 3 notes: lighting was burned out at the drive-through menu board so I couldn't read the menu (it was night), they were out of straws, and my traditional Greek gyro had very little meat on it. I've ordered this gyro at many locations but never did I get so little meat. Not a good experience. Update 1/24/22 Today in the mail i received coupons for 2 free meals. Thank you, Arby's. You have made me a happy customer again.

I placed an order tonight at this location for 4 combo meals and 4 turnovers. When I got home (20 mins away) I found that I had been shorted one sandwich and one fry. Accidents happen. I drove back to get my sandwich and fry. I was polite and the staff was understanding. They agreed to make a fresh sandwich and fry. I told them it was a beef n cheddar with no Arby’s sauce. I was a bit surprised I wasn’t offered a partial refund, free upgrade, or something else but no worries. As I pulled away with my new food I took out the sandwich. No cheese and it was covered in Arby’s sauce. I wasn’t going back a third time. I called to let them know they had made another mistake but nobody answered. I won’t be going back. Update 5 months later: I went back tonight for the first time since this incident. Decided to give them another try. Ordered two classic roast beef meals with no cheese and one beef n cheddar with no Arby’s sauce. We got three beef n cheddars with Arby’s sauce. Lol.
