On a visit during the Collingswood Book sale lunch was excellent. One server carried the 7 tables just fine split half inside and half outside. While it was lunch we ate off the dinner menu. Food was delivered fairly promptly was excellent. Definitely worth the visit.

The only positive thing I can say about my meal and overall experience here was the sundried tomato and crab soup. It was good. BUT!!!! I ordered “Aji....” some kind of chicken stew in a spicy nutty cheesy sauce. Omg. It was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever tasted. The under-attentive waiter totally described this incorrectly. It was supposed to be a stew over a bed of potatoes. I was told mashed sweet potatoes. Nope. 5 slices of half raw potatoes. Why the hard boiled eggs? Why the olives? Why the spinach on top? None of that was in the description. And the stew itself tasted like a solid scoop of spicy peanut butter. Horrible. My friend got raw scallops in her appetizer. Still raw after sending them back. And her main dish she described as tasting like Chinese food. It was supposed to be steak stew. With a weird side of fries! I don’t give many, if any, poor reviews but this place does a disservice to Collingswood!

I LOVE the food here...the problem is the service. We went for dinner tonight, father's day. Reservation for 6pm. We were about 7 minutes late but there was no crowd . About 1/2 of the tables were open so we were seated quickly. We ordered at about 6:25. Dinner arrived at 7:20. And the plates arrived several minutes apart. Minimal checking in from the waitress . Had to flag her down for water. There appeared to be at least 4 wait staff and the restaurant was never full while we were there, a solid 2 hours. No hostess and it appeared no manager on site. I have eaten here about 10 times, weekends, weekdays, evenings, afternoons and it's been the same experience Every Single Time. It's my daughter's favorite restaurant in town (We live in walking distance) and as I said, delicious food, but one of the absolute in terms of service. I can't go back....

Spectacular food. I picked this place to meet a friend I hadn't seen in over 20 years -- the food was amazing. My friend and I didn't realize we'd chatted for hours -- and all the other diners had long gone. It was past closing. The staff never even bothered us, as we sheepishly gathered our things. I appreciate their graciousness even more than the delicious menu. I will gladly make the hour drive to eat here again (but be more aware of the time!). Thank you for the special evening. ❤

Loved the food. Absolutely delicious. I am a picky vegetarian and I had no complaints last night which is almost like seeing a unicorn. I got plantain empanadas and pasta with Chiricahua sauce and vegetables. Great service and great food. I was so involved in the food and I forgot to take pics. But I’ll definitely go back. It was slightly pricey but the taste and the quantity match up to the price.

We have been to El Sitio a few times for dinner and always enjoyed it. We decided to have a gathering of friends this evening for dinner and reached out ahead of time to make sure they could accommodate our 20+ party. After our initial phone conversation Cecelia was in constant contact as needed via email to make sure our plans were set offering different options to see what best worked for our group. Evening of Dan was attentive and welcoming and made sure everything was good with our group and every need was met. While I wasn't worried about the food, it seemed perhaps above and beyond this evening, with not one complaint in the group and many compliments. Thank you for making a gathering of friends a truly pleasant and wonderful experience.

Exquisite dining experience. Service is very good. Complementary appetizer is bread with some sort of mushroom spread. Delish. Scallop appetizer was amazing. Presentation is on point. So much depth in each meal. Blown away by the flavors and tastes.
