Papa Johns Pizza

I order the same pizza double pepperoni double cheese for years. I get a pepperoni meatball pizza my grand daughter will not eat. I called & was told I would have to pay for another pizza to get the correct one. I have never had a problem for years & have not complained about pizza in the past. I asked to to look at my pizza records & I was told they would not send out another pizza unless I paid for the new one. This is terrible customer service and after years of ordering Papa Johns I will not be ordering again. They made me feel like I was trying to just get free pizza. I just wanted my correct order. Same on you Papa John's Collierville.

This place was horrible. We ordered and paid for our pizza and waited over an hour and a half minutes without delivery. We called and they had sent it with door dash and told us we could cancel and order again and wait another 45 minutes for delivery. They took no responsibility for delivering our order whatsoever.
