Quick and great tasting lunch that isn't fast food! We hit this place at least once a week for lunch. It's always busy but always fast with the orders. Order online before heading here and your order is isually ready and waiting in the to-go area (except for drinks, you have to wait in line for those). The food has consistently been really good with a lot of choices on the menu. Highly recommend.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. HORRIBLE LOCATION. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. I placed my order online for a single bowl of soup and a tea. It was supposed to be ready at 11:09 am. I arrived at 11:30 am to pick up my order and it was not ready. I waited for my order until 11:49 am and I still had to ask for my food to get it. When my food was ready, I asked for some additional crackers and the manager questioned me if I did not want the saltines he had already put in my bag. I said I would like some additional crackers and I would have liked to have my food ready when you guys said it would be ready. It was almost an hour later that I actually got my ONE bowl of soup. The manager was so rude and the rest of the staff looked miserable. I would not go to this location unless they clean house.

The food wasn't fresh and not good. I first ordered the JustSpud but wanted bacon added and its supposed to be the bacon crumbs not bacon cut into pieces, thats not crumbs. So when it came to the table the potato was so hard I was like how did y'all let this leave the kitchen. Ok so I sent it back and ordered the Nacho with the cheese dip. "OH MY THE CHIPS WERE STALE AND IT WASN'T HOT LIKE IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN. The lady at the counter was so rude she had the ugliest attitude trying to speak proper and wasn't doing a good job of it. These people need better training when it comes to taking orders.

I used to love McAlister's. The Collierville McAlister's was my go-to spot for meeting a friend for lunch or dinner. Unfortunately this location has really gone downhill. I wish I could say it was just because they're short staffed but the last 2 times I was there, they had plenty of staff working -- but the place was dirty, the manager in the kitchen was speaking rudely to his staff, and it's eerie feeling to not have music on when you're trying to talk to a friend. I sent emails twice through the McAlister's website including my phone number and email but never got a reply. It's sad because the menu is great.

I placed a to go order arrived at the restaurant only to wait another 25 minutes for my order to be wrong. The manager was so unprofessional looking at me like a deer caught in headlights. There was no I'm sorry about your order just a shoulder shrug! Smh! Never again had me late because they couldn't prepare a sandwich & soup in a 45 minute period.

RUDE AS HELLLLLLL #1. 2, my order from doordash was full of bacon and missing avocado. The avocado was standard and I asked the bacon to be removed. 1 bad order is no biggie. The second order, placed IN PERSON yielded the same results. When asked to please correct it, the lackadaisical attitude was noted as they just added the missing avocado, went to the next customer, not acknowledging the thanks given. I cant see myself at this location again.

This is the worst McAlister’s that I’ve ever been to. I’ve had issues with my last two orders. The first time, I ordered the Ultimate Nachos and a side salad (that I got as a free reward) through the app. When I got home, I only had the salad and a container of tortilla chips in the bag. I called the store and was told that they ran out of chili. Then why was my order on the shelf of pick-up orders if it wasn’t complete? I asked for a refund and I never got it. I won’t go into the detox the second time but it was a very similar situation. Fool me once…I’m not going back.
