Awesome subs. I got the cheddar brisket. Plenty of seating. Fast friendly service. Bathroom was one person occupy & super clean. Great place to stop & grab a bite.

Everyone that works here needs to be fired honestly. Every time I come in it takes a while for someone to greet me because they’re to busy gossiping! One guy was sitting on top of the counter gossiping they had to pat him on the back for him to even acknowledge me. Always messing up my order! Then whenever you come back in to tell them your order is incorrect they have a attitude. It’s ridiculous. Will not be returning.

Stopped here in between soccer games this past weekend. Little let down. Hard time ordering food and getting everything correct. Fountain drink machine out of drink mix. Had to prompt to get replaced. Normally don’t have to worry about this and incorrect ordered items. Maybe an off day.

Good food my first firehouse sub won't be my last

The guys at the gym told me to hit the Firehouse Sub place. So today after a good workout I went to visit. Nice place and clean and the folks there are friendly. Have a very nice selection of subs to choose from. I ordered a club sub and it was delicious. Best sub I have ever had. Unlike Subway where you get just a giant piece of bread, these folks load you down with a great tasting and very big sub. I am hooked. I will be going back again and again. I highly recommend Firehouse. These folks will be hard to out do.THANKS FIREHOUSE OF COLLERVILLE. Ok, it has been 2 days later. I downloaded the app and when I got ready to leave the gym, I placed an order to them via app. I walked in about 10 minutes later and it was waiting on me. GREAT JOB FIREHOUSE COLLERVILLE. Love your store.

They got rid of all their hot sauce. That was the reason it was so great and a big reason why I chose them over the countless other sub shops. Bad move. I won't head back until you return the goods. Oh, and the "firehouse sauce" is just bbq sauce. You ain't fooling anyone.
