Logie’s

By far the best bar on Northgate! I come here towards the end of my nights on Northgate, & stay until closing most of the time. The staff is great, & the ambiance could not be better. Always has a very fun, college crowd with a lighthearted, nostalgic feel to it. Time stops when one walks through the doors of Logies. The bar is placed in the center so you can reach it from any location! However, if you want to be outside there is a cozy patio with multiple tables for sitting & visiting with friends, or strangers! The playlist is always on point, & they play a great mix of songs from different times & genres, but always songs that everyone knows & loves to sing along to. Logies is the perfect bar to meet people because of the chill laid-back atmosphere. Also the $5 card minimum is the perfect excuse to buy a love interest a drink with the $2.50 shots ;) "hey, want to take a shot? I have to buy two & you're right here!" I recommend the pickle shot! Stay until the "Closing Time" song comes on, & you too, might get a little emotional when it is time to leave.

Logins is a fun place but the bouncers are not cool!! Mathew was really mean and rude and did not feel inviting at all! Once they get their bouncers figured out this place will be a lot better! I feel sorry for anyone that met Mathew and made Logies seem like a bad place! Hope they look at their service soon

I understand that working at night is probably stressful but the bouncers were way to hostile. They were just kicking people out to kick them out. I walked in with my boyfriend and they immediately tried to kick him out. My boyfriend said he just walked in and they let ya stay. They let everyone in except our DD because he was “drunk” even tho he didn’t drink at all. I ended up leaving because it’s not enjoyable always worrying if you are gonna get pushed out and was very hostile tension. I will not be returning since their is other bars that do not have this issue.
