Church's Chicken

Do not go here. I ordered a 10 piece in the drive thru. I was the only person in the drive thru and they took 20 min to get me a 10 piece. The 10 piece was supposed to be spicy and mostly thighs but what did I get? I got 3 thighs and 6 legs which isn’t even 10 and they weren’t even all spicy. I like churches but f*** that place.

Ordered 2 meals of bourbon chicken. Mashed potatoes fine, biscuits always delicious, Fanta soda good, chicken terrible, I was unable to eat it. It hadn't been cleaned properly so I had chicken with quills and cooked feathers in several places. I didn't even try the chicken. Staff was very nice and friendly though so kudos to them.

I waited maybe 20 minutes to order my food in the drive thru. I pull forward and there were zero cars in line. I don’t know if the lady was looking at her phone or what while taking our order but she repeated back incorrectly 4 times. I don’t recommend anyone go there seriously. Make the drive to Chicken Express or just go to Sonic

If i could give it no stars, I would. So my wife and I were deciding on chicken places, i suggested Churches, havent had it in forever, lets give em a shot. Never going back. Paid 17 bucks for the worst chicken we've ever had. Almost went back for a refund. Both orders were wrong. Asked for a 3 piece leg with frys and a biscuit. Got a 3 piece mixed with no biscuit. She ordered tenders and fried okra. Tenders were soggy, got fries instead of okra and no gravy. Then to top it all off, the tea almost made me throw up. -2 out of 10

Have been sitting in the drive thru for 10-15 minutes and nobody has taken our order. Nobody has even said “we’re a little behind, please give us a few minutes” or anything. Nothing. I can understand if they’d asked us to please wait or that they’d be with us in a few minutes or something but no, they haven’t said anything. That’s kinda sad especially when I could hear her talking to another customer through the headset and all the other car that was in front of me has been pulled up to the window and gone for 5 minutes now. Smh

I went to get some food with my girlfriend but when I was ordering the man working drive thru was very rude and told me to “read the sign it has two sides” when I didn’t know what sides to order yet and I needed more time to think. He kept rushing my order and kept asking me if I was done with my order repeatedly. I told him that I didn’t like his tone and he said “hey if you don’t like my tone then don’t order food here and go somewhere else, you can leave.” I left and was extremely disappointed with what happened. First time I had someone act like this with me in the drive thru

I went by today (10/7/2021), and there is a For Lease sign out front, the parking lot was empty, and the menu board on the drive-through was removed. Sadly, I think this location is no longer. It's too bad, I was looking forward to some fried chicken. The food is usually good. My favorite sides are the stuffed jalapeno peppers and the corn nuggets. This is one of our go-to restaurants when we want something fried but don't want to have to clean our kitchen!

Do not go here the worst customer service ever, not once but twice, first time a worker told me “Give me back my potatoes”, as if I was trying to steal them, mind You I was in the drive thru and politely told him he accidentally got my order wrong, respect goes a long way the Lady who took my order on Sunday 19, 2020, Was rushing me while trying to order and pretty much didn’t have nothing in the store they were about out of everything.
