Very negative atmosphere- we were pretty much the only people in there and it took like over half an hour to get our food- I think they had a lot of door dash orders or something, and the manager (I assume that’s who she was) looked so mean and just idk- I forgot our waitresses names bur she can corn rows I wanna say her name was Tana? Or something with a T and was so friendly and is the only reason they get a 2- horrible atmosphere besides her lighting up the experience- also I got the minion meal :)

We were in town for a Christmas party and ordered breakfast through Door Dash. When our order arrived it was cold, both of our orange juices were missing, my omelet had mushrooms on it when I specifically ordered it without them, my toast was not buttered,, and my avocados that I paid extra for was missing as well. Worst service I've ever gotten at IHOP. We were extremely disappointed. We won't go back to this one.

I work overnights in a restaurant.. came here for some new York cheese cake pancakes right after work and it was so refreshing! Shawn was our server.. many of u know him. He made it the most relaxing experience ever. Nothing but laughter. He is the REALEST server you will ever get. He made sure everything was great and the food was so good I forgot I even came for just the pancakes!! Great job Shawn that place would be nothing without you.

The worst I-Hop I’ve seen in my life. Workers were cussing at each other very loud where I could hear it while eating. Got 2 combos and they completely left out the second halves of both of my combo meals. Service was absolutely awful. Will never go back to this horrendous place. I never take the time out of my day to write a review, much less a bad one, but this insanely horrible service needs to be known to others.

From the moment I entered the staff was so friendly and helpful. We were in town for the Ladies in Leather Rally and Parade. The staff started asking us about our bikes. SO, after we ate a perfectly cooked breakfast, my group took each staff person, that wanted to go, on a ride around the parking lot. I highly recommend this IHOP!

I cannot express how amazing the service was. Hind was amazing and she was quick even though she had very rude customers that were very disrespectful across from us and she should have kicked them out easily but she didn’t let that cause a problem with her hard work. That entire staff needs to be recognized for their hard work

Great food. Our waitress Tara was very sweet and made sure our order was right. She seemed to really enjoy her job. Great job Tara we will definitely be back to see you.

My 5 star rating is for the AMAZING customer care I received from the elderly gentleman (Shawn?). I showed up to this IHOP at 5:15 am because it’s Ramadan and I needed to eat to start my 14 hour fast before 6am. On this day they must’ve been short-staffed there was a sign on the door that said today we open at 6 am. I walked in anyway just to make sure and (Shawn?) was the only one there setting up. I told him about my fast and he said grab a seat anywhere I’ll make you whatever you want. He made me an amazing veggie omelette and 3 stack pancakes and a fresh cup of coffee. All while trying to setup shop, answer phone calls and try to explain his dilemma to other customers walking in. I will never forget the kind gesture from this kind soul.
