I am a meat and potatoes kind of guy. I love comfort food and maybe sweets a little too much, but Salata provides enough choices to satisfy almost anyone. I particularly enjoy a zesty Mediterranean style salad. Typically, I get the larger salad and it provides two meals for me. It’s almost a little too pricy when you add a protein, but I can justify the expensive with multiple meals. That being said I have one major complaint. If you want a specific ingredient to dominate your salad, you have to ask the server to add the component three or four times. It makes a customer feel a touch ridiculous if you just want a bunch of broccoli or chickpeas. The company’s idea of adding an ingredient often is represented as 3-4 pieces of broccoli as an example. I have experienced this as pretty much a constant every time I eat there. If I’m paying 14-15 for a salad, give me as much broccoli as I want >_<.

I've come to really like this place. They have many options to choose from both in toppings and proteins. They also have a wide variety of dressings to choose from, the jalapeño avacado being my personal favorite. The portions are great and definitely worth the price. Service is fast and helpful.

The food was good, what they had left of it. We went at around 745, they close at 9. We were rushed through the line, getting stares and not being offered anything or even spoken words to. They just rushed us along the line in silence, it was so chaotic and confusing especially for my son. I felt like I could've had a better salad and experience if given better service. I've been here before and it was way better. Staff were friendly and actually spoke to you.

This is the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had at salata in college station off of Texas. Both workers were extremely rude. I asked for more of specific ingredients and he wouldn’t put more he would put like 2 additional olives. He had to wrap my wrap 3 times because he kept breaking the tortilla and every time he would transfer he would throw out half of the ingredients on the inside. I asked several times to put more in it because now my wrap was minuscule and I paid $15 for this wrap after he refused to put more ingredients in it. I usually go to salata once a week and I’m so disappointed. All of the food was also not fresh looks like it was sitting out for days.

Today was my very first time visiting a Salata. Long story short, if you have any allergies, adversions, or special dietary needs please be sure to carefully monitor them as they prepare your food.I asked for tofu as my protein. Got home and dug in. Immediately I could tell that this wasn't tofu. I called the restaurant and explained that I think they mixed the tofu and Turkey up by mistake. I was told that wasn't possible as they were too far a part but if I wanted to bring the food back they'd take a look. I did just that, and low and behold it was Turkey. Thankfully they remade my salad, but did not offer for it to be free. Seriously. There are people with extreme allergies that could be affected by their negligence. On top of that the staff didnt know what items were vegan and the dairy salad dressings were dripping into the non dairy salad dressings. Overall if you have allergies be careful or dont even bother. The one star is because the food was actually pretty tasty. Pictured is the Turkey and tofu.

Great restaurant for a salad. Think 'Subway' but with salads. It's healthy, and always tastes good. Might I also recommend the prickly pear tea that they have. It's extremely delicious.

You can easily make the best salads you've ever had. It's easy here as they have all the ingredients ready and waiting. Very nice staff. We will come again!
