Do not get deceived by the looks of the place, it has a exceptional burger that stands out around the area. I've been coming here for the past 3 years and never have been let down for a breakfast or evening meal. I recommend the Hellenic Delight burger !
Fantastic food and great friendly service, Plato's is a gem among all the corporate establishments in the area; a throwback to the mom & pop diners that used to found all over the area in bygone times. Everyone we have brought there for dinner or lunch has walked away feeling full, and when they come back into town ask to go back.
I cannot wait to get back to this diner. The food was just so good, and it has perfect diner vibes. Try the French toast, it was out of this world good. I'll be back, often.

Quick and tasty place for breakfast. The service was kind, quick and attentive. Everyone’s food was hot and ready very quickly. The kids plates and adults plates were generously portioned. If we go back we might have to try those yummy looking Belgium waffles. The place can really get busy so go early! Pretty adequate parking and easy to locate. They had signs all over that they didn’t accept credit cards…they accepted cash, cash app, Venmo, etc.
Crowded enough for a Sunday brunch. The service was very quick and hit a table with a 15-20 min wait, which was fast. Tried veggie omlet, home fries and pancake. The food was simple and good. The coffee was good.
I love breakfast food so I specifically searched the area around me for good breakfast spots. This one did not disappoint one bit. The staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere of the diner was teeming with energy. The picture attached shows what I ended up getting, both were delicious (Western omelette with grits, and a french toast kids meal). I would definitely return to this place again. One of the coolest things about this place is that the kitchen is open-air, so you can see them cook right in front of you. Do yourself a favor and go.
Livers and onions were ok. A little too dry and very little onions. But the gravy tasted ok. Mash potato was delicious. I like the fried okras as well. Price is reasonable. The diner makes you feel like you walk back to the 70s and 80s. The service was good even with the takeout.
Had a wonderful breakfast!! Got a wonderful Belgium style waffle with some scrambled eggs and bacon. My friend got a bacon cheese omelet. The food was very good, and the waitresses were friendly! For my fellow southerner, this place is like waffle house- but BETTER! PLEASE, if youre in the area, go here for breakfast.
I visit here frequently and have always had a pleasant experience. This place is the real deal when it comes to diners. If you are looking for a faux diner with a fancier atmosphere (and higher prices) you'll probably be more comfortable with one of the Silver Diner's many chain locations. This place is an authentic greasy spoon diner . The food is affordable and the coffee is hot!
