This Wendy's has greatly improved over the past three years. Hours are consistent now, and drive-thru speeds are much faster. I've experienced great service since I've started visiting again.
Yummy! I went here after school one day to get myself a Frosty, I gave Wendy's another shot after my Angola experience. The Wendy's here was slower, but my order was perfect.
On line customers are the priority. Stood in line with about a dozen other people for over 45 minutes because they could only do 3 orders at a time and on line orders kept coming in. Go to Culver's or KFC they value customers. I called the phone number to complain, got a manager in training, was told that she couldn't give out management phone numbers. I left mine, haven't been called yet. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, GO SOMEWHERE THAT CARES.
They are short staffed, but I understand that people don't want to work.
Hat's off to the staff at Wendy's for taking time to get it right.
15+ minute wait for a spicy chicken sandwich with only two cars in front of me at 11:30 am. The Wait seemed excessive. Sandwich was good.
Usually i have no problems with this wendys. If they miss an item, at least they replace it. Baconator fries seems to be the bane of my existence. On a rainswept night its good to go here. The entrance is a little hard to get into. But other than that no major problems.
I like their chili and prefer their burgers over McDonald's. The staff where I ate was nice.
