Terrible customer service, rude, unhelpful and bad attitude from cashier. I waited in line for 10 minutes, never was even greeted or acknowledged in any way, I was there for an online carryout order. When she finally got around to noticing me, I told her the order name and she became irate and annoyed that I was there. My order had not even been started, and she turned her back on me and went to the next customer. Not to mention the fact this woman seemed to not be able to read the screen orders in front of her, several other customers had been waiting a long time and were visibly annoyed. I'll never go back to this location for myself or online orders. Just awful service

Best fast food place goin and the kids who work st the Highland Heights KY. Location are always Friendly and accurate hard to find these days

I got some of the best advice in my life here, from the dude in the takeout window. Much appreciated... the food was good as well including two shakes. A bit pricey however spent $25 on two meals.. probably because of the $4 shakes.

Total waste of your hard earned dollar. Food is never correct or that good anymore. We have always loved Arby's roast beef but it has really gone down hill. Staff doesn't care and the food just isn't worth the trip. And this review is based off of a couple of visits and locations (Alexandria and Cold Spring)

Kind of bad when you order a combo and you don't get the curly fries because they said I didn't order curly fries common sense I ordered the combo it comes with it

Haven't been in years. Beef n Cheddar was good. Prices have stabilized. 2 for $6 is reasonable. Arby's sauce is drinkable.
