Since moving to Burlington, this is probably the place I eat most regularly. My brother and I have made a tradition of going every weekend. The food and service is phenomenal. They often have several options for Benedict dishes such as hash Benedict or veggie Benedict. I am more of a sweet breakfast person and usually lean towards French toast and pancakes. They had one of the best French toast specials I ever ate which was an apple crisp French toast with challah bread. It was more or less to delicious pieces of cinnamon French toast with apple pie filling in the middle and whip cream on top. Another time I got banana bread French toast. So whatever you were guilty plate is they will probably be able to satisfy you.

I actually feel ridiculous that this extraordinary restaurant has been around for almost 4 years and today was the first time I had ever gone. What a great place. The food was fantastic - I had the Irish Benedict and my husband had a beautiful omelet with chicken and bacon. Superb. Our waitress was Francine and the owner greeted us and sat us and though I completely missed his name...you can tell that this remarkable place is a reflection of his detail and passion. Ecstatic that a place like this is now open evenings. Ach! But you are going to be tired of seeing me.

Packed house on sunday 20 min wait. Everything coming out of the kitchen looks great. Gluten free toast available. Fun atmosphere. Counter seating available for small parties. Prime rib on Sunday.

By far best eggs beni me and my gf have had in the whole area and my omlette was superb. They say small hidden gems are best and this is a great gem... In a small strip mall but staff was friendly place was busy but they all were attentive... A must see and will be a part of your routine go to's def a great find and worth trying... 10/10 i will go back

The diner was fantastic, the food was so good as always but even better than that the service was great! Our waitress was amazing and sweet as well as the hostess and everyone else. Eating there tonight was made even better because of the staff that waited on us. They couldnt have been any kinder. Anyone looking for a place to eat that good food with a homie feel, choose the Guilty Plate in colchester! :) Thanks to the staff very much!

We needed to make a trip to Costco from Barre and wanted to try a new restaurant. The reviews were incredible so we just had to give it a try. It is a little out of the way but it was an excellent experience. The breakfast was super, portions were more than adequate when compared to other breakfast restaurants. They take reservations and when you arrive you waiting n your car until called. Great job! Would recommend highly!
