Feng Shui

A very good friend of mine came to visit me for lunch today and per my wish she picked up sushi from Feng Shui . We were a little unpleasantly surprised to find a hair in one of the rolls even made jokes about sanitary protocols in the kitchen in the middle of this pandemic but completely outraged when manager of this place accused my friend putting that hair there purposely ! Are you kidding me?! First of all, we were hoping to get sushi from new place Salt Society in Scituate with outstanding sushi rolls and excellent customer service,but unfortunately they were not open till 4. Ok, it seemed like this place had a good reviews and opened early enough for us to have sushi for lunch.I can’t remember in my life time anyone accusing me or my friends of putting hair purposely in my food ....what a shame

Unfortunately the staff behind the bar and the 2 or 3 women who stand around at the register ignoring you…these people have ruined my last 3 visits by exhibiting a level of rudeness and indifference I’ve never experienced— anywhere. Yes; the food is adequate (I’d raved about their shrimp and pineapple dish but no one or 2 dishes I’d enjoyed are worth subjecting myself to an attitude that clearly has no interest in keeping steady customers, either taken for granted and it’s not a cultural misunderstanding. Rude is rude and when I relayed how unprofessionally their bar staff behaved, the women at the door barely cared enough to look uo when I spoke. I hadn’t been hostile or loud, I was waiting for some sign of recognition possibly consciousness that having said they’d lost a regular customer, they returned to their chat. If you can overlook a staff of indifference, then get rake out. These people don’t know how to treat customers with any indication that they care if you don’t return. And I’ve had enough of their of basic courtesy.
