The Java chip Frappuccino is always my favorite. My daughter usually likes to get a Frappuccino that’s fancy and has all kinds of different things on it. And is the latest sensation on the Internet. The staff is always accommodating and friendly. I know Frappuccino‘s is one of the most difficult things for them to make. But I’ve never had a problem. The store always clean the staff is friendly and the seating area is organized and clean as well. I do recommend this Starbucks. I know they’re working hard and it can be difficult with some of the customers but they’re trying.

The picture I uploaded I haven’t even taken one sip out of but the cup is less than 3/4 full. I’m not happy.
Update: the white peppermint mocha tastes burned.

just got a pumpkin spice latte at the drive through and this was my cup before 8 drank out of it.

Same experience at the Church Lane Starbucks in Cockeysville: a thoroughly diluted frap. Two affogato shots that can't be detected because so much ice was used.

Friendly staff, decently quick service, good products.

Great drive thru staff! Quick as can be considering there is always a line. Coffee is always expensive but taste great enough for me to continually go back even when I shouldn't , as the Lego movie said "$30 coffee?!?!....Awesome!!!"

The staff service and quality of drinks of this Starbucks is excellent. Every time I’ve go in here the staff has been friendly and courteous and always makes my order perfect. I do enjoy going to this Starbucks.

There's nothing wrong with the drinks they make here or how courteous the staff are. However, it appears sometimes they're not quite able to handle being busy, and things are slow to ready when there are a lot of orders.
Additionally, the exact location of the building, placement of building entrance, and entrance to the drive through contribute to a terrible backup onto the main road (York Rd), which ends up further delaying getting in and ordering, and sometimes even completely blocking one of the two lanes on York road.
Frankly, I avoid going here because of this. If I can go elsewhere, I will.
