Pizza Hut

I would like to know who owns this franchise. I believe they are good people trying to do a good thing BUT local management is making very poor choices. I ordered at 4:38 using the app. At 5:52 I finally called the store at which point they informed me that 9 orders had just went out with one driver. 45 minutes later (I’m less than a mile away) I called again and was told that the driver was overwhelmed and asked the manager to meet her and take 1/2 of the orders. 15 minutes later that order was delivered to my door by that poor driver who had NO SUPPORT from her manager. So, i’m asking for the owners to reach out to me so I can share how their investment is treating this community. I have supported the new owners, have worked with them on any mishaps because that is life but this was egregious and that delivery driver didn’t deserve the brunt, therefore she didn’t get the brunt.

I had made a mistake and sent my order to my home pizza hut an hour away. We were visiting my sister. They canceled my previous order, and helped me place a new one with no penalty. Every employee was kind and respectful. The whole experience was pleasant, timely, and the pizza was delish!! Thank you Cobleskill pizza hut!
