Pizza Shack

Tonight I ordered a large pizza, garlic knots and wings. I was told it was going to be an hour for delivery, okay that’s fine. After an hour, only cold garlic knots & wings arrived & when I called to ask where my large pizza was since the delivery driver told me she wasn’t given anything else to deliver, I was met with a bunch of attitude like it was my fault, I asked for a refund & was told to bring back the food. When I got there with the food, I requested a receipt for my refund and was asked if I was sure, because the pizza just came out. Absolutely ridiculous. My family has been ordering from pizza shack since I was a child, I was friends & went to school with the owners children, but I won’t be giving them my business anymore after tonight.

I just called them, this was my first time experience with this pizza establishment, and their website hours say they close at 11 and the gentleman that answered the phone said “were closed” and “we don’t have a website”. When clearly, they have a website and the location says 11pm closing time on google. It’s one thing to say that “we closed early today sorry sir” but I did not even get an answer close to it and to make a false statement about their own location not being listed and acting ignorant to the fact of what information was even listed online, these people clearly do not deserve my business. I’m all about giving the smaller businesses a chance, but I feel as though I was deceived by the website and the customer service was not that great.

Honestly what the hell is this. Charge 21 for a pie with peppers and onions and they loved us SO much apparently, they literally put every bit they had on top, in two piles, not spread out, two piles. After funding an archeological investigation on my pizza I finally found what appeared to be cheese under all that vegetation, with excitement I took a bite only to be further disappointed by a bad pie. Pizza shack? More like Pizza bandits.
