We had such a great experience at Jump and Phil's! We called ahead this past Friday evening, and they seated our family of 8, had it ready and waiting when we arrived. The woman that seated us was one of the owners, and her husband was working behind the bar. Both were incredibly nice! Our waitress was Julie, and she was absolutely wonderful!! Just as sweet as could be. We were very well taken care of here! All of their food is homemade, and let me tell you, it was DELICIOUS. We had fried pickles & chips & salsa for appetizers. Yum! Then came the salads and the must-try She-Crab Soup!! Yum! Next came our entrees. Shrimp, fresh catch, fish & chips, blackened grouper sandwich, burgers, kids meals... It was all very delish! Portions were a-plenty! We were very happily surprised with this restaurant. The service was outstanding! We can't wait to go back the next time we're in Hilton Head!

The best steak sandwich I have ever eaten. I can't comment on anything else on the menu because my sister and I only had steak sandwiches, but they were great! The drinks are very good, heavy handed pours, not weak drinks. The staff was very kind and friendly. I didn't like the first drink I ordered, so the bar tender changed it for me no problem at no charge. All in all, I really enjoyed this place. The price is a bit steep on some items, but still good. I spent $85 for two sandwiches and a few drinks -- but in a resort area that is pretty average.

Best kept tourist secret! Our family meets at Jump and Phil's every summer on check in Saturday . It never disappoints! Family friendly. My husband and I went tonight. The special was beer battered shrimp. It was the best shrimp I've ever had! The onion rings were perfection. My husband had a burger - fabulous! There's not a restaurant in that plaza that comes close to the quality of the food at Jump and Phil's.

This small bar and grill was just around the corner from all the busy restaurants. The atmosphere was that of a small town diner, the staff were so accommodating and nice to just have a chat with. It was pretty small but the lighting and music made the place all the more welcoming. The menu and beer list were fairly short, but everything was delicious. I would absolutely skirt the busy restaurants and the brewery just to visit again and have a nice dinner.

We have a timeshare here and have been coming since 2008..normally our first night we would eat at Casey's but they were closed for business..so we gave this place a try..wow so glad we did! Husband and son got the burger and both ate it all..I got the fried grouper sandwich! Excellent! We have found our new first night spot!

The waitress, Julie, was wonderful. The gal that seated our party of six was also very nice. Considering it was July 3rd, and the day had been very busy, they all were in a very friendly mood. The food was very good. Julie was exceptional and we will be back! Thanks for a wonderful addition to a great week!

I love this place! I started going there for Packer games when I visited years ago, and now I live on the island and have gotten to know the amazing staff. You feel right at home, awesome food, awesome service. New ownership did an amazing job renovating- definitely stop in!

We came into the area very late right before closing. They sat us right away. Our server was extremely nice. He let us sample the soup and salad dressing before ordering it. The food came out very quickly, but again, it was late. Yummy, yummy, yummy...

This was our first stop the night we arrived in town. We loved the family feel, the great staff, and the great food. The staff took the time to talk to us, explain options and explain the history of the location. It was a great way to start our vacation.

Jump & Phil's stayed open late to serve us food when we arrived just as they were closing up the kitchen. The waitress was speedy and polite, and catered to my sister and nephew who both have allergies. I would definitely pop in again if I was in the area :)
