I just wanted to say thank you for our meals tonight. Y'all were slam packed in drive thru and in the dining room but it was worth the wait. With everything going on from the hurricane y'all are appreciated for remaining open to serve the public. Thank you again!
McDonald's never fails in serving their food. The employees are fast in getting the orders out promptly.
The atmosphere is clean but "cold", in the sense that it has no coziness nor anything to make one feel welcomed. It has more of an industrialized environment and it is not just this restaurant but all the restaurants.
Standard McDonald's fare, service was quick, friendly and professional. Atmosphere is somewhat reduced since their post-COVID remodel due to the smaller lobby. Consumables such as straws, napkins and such have been relocated behind the counter and as such are now only accessible by employees so they must be requested.
Still no McKeto options, though, and that's something I'd like to see soon.
Went here for a quick bite to eat. Used the app for in-store pickup. They had my Sausage Egg McMuffin hot, fresh, & waiting for me after I got out of the bathroom. I was happy that they toasted the muffin. Most McDonald's give you one that hasn't been toasted. Would recommend this McDonald's for anyone trying to get a quick bite or a stop off on a road trip.
The only bad thing is their floor is super slippery. You can tell they use the same mop out in the lobby that they use in the grill area.
The staff at this location was very friendly, they were very energetic, informative, and they were willing to help. The food was fresh, and hot. The cleanliness was up to my standards, as well as the bathrooms. The lobby was clean as well as each table. From management down everyone was in uniform and had a sense of urgency. They were working together as a team, with great communication amongst each other. They made sure that every customer was checked on and had everything they needed. I appreciated it. Thank you.
I ordered a head on the McDonald's app. For the first time. I went to the drive-thru to pick up my order. I waited for my order for quite some time. And the cars were piling up behind me. I only ordered a hamburger and chocolate shake. Very busy location. Recommend only during non peak time.
Had curbside service today (it was fast) - very kind lady who came to our car. The only issue I had was that they didn’t put instructions for no salt on the fries (which is all we ordered.)
Would recommend this location.
We ate inside. Food was good. Bathroom was clean. Not a long wait for food .... This location always has nice employees. Thank you for making my daughters day. She loves happy meals.
They were out of Grimace shakes and ice cream .
They have a play place for kids
I asked for a fresh sandwich and I got it. I don't care about speed if it is fresh. The cost of eating out is high. That's why now I'm more concerned about it being fresh. They were very nice about it. The lobby was very clean. Great job.
