Ordered one item and got it wrong. I was the only one in the drive thru. I stopped going to Bills Jumbo Burger because my order was wrong almost every time. I thought well its been about a year since eating there, I'll get a Bill Jumbo Burger today... I ordered one item. A double burger with cheese. 😂 They missed that up. No cheese. They can't get my order right with making a cheese burger???? Food is good but my order is hardly ever right. Posted this on their facebook page too and its was removed very quickly.

They got my order wrong ,then would not make it right.
The patty was flat, small, and dried up that I will never go there again!
Paid $7.00 that was a waste of my money.

Such a cool old school burger joint. Decently priced as well. The fries are good, and the employees are nice. Thier kitchen was a little dirty but maybe that adds to the ambience. It's like eating a burger back in a time before me. I'll see you guys again soon.

Horrible customer service. They close “around” closing time so usually before. Have waited at drive thru window for 15 minutes being ignored. Decent burgers and fries only reason why there’s one star.

They never get my order right!! I ask for a cheeseburger with no pickles and 100% of the time I get a hamburger with pickles.
Also the "jumbo" burger is the exact same as the regular burger.

The burger was not good. The place is a dump/dirty. Fries were soggy. For the money you spend, any other place would be better than here.
