Jersey Mike's Subs

Ordered online. Email said it would be ready at 1:55. I waited and waited and when they asked for my name at 2:12, I told them and they never made my sandwich. I finally walked out at 2:18. 2 stars instead of 1 because at a least the sandwich tasted good. Owner/management you either need to back up your staff more, or change your system to have an accurate pick up time. I could've gotten more errands done in the meantime had I known it would take an extra 20 minutes. Edit: they have me the wrong bread. I'm really bummed

Was there last week and have to give this location 5 stars, location is great especially for my family. My kids were able to get Blaze, spouse got a sub at Jersey Mike’s and I was able to get FiveGuys. Everyone ate the ridiculous amount of extra fries. Perfect as we all were happy and satisfied. After eating we went next door to Rollie Rollie for ice cream. The developer did a great job as the traffic flow and parking is great. Each location was complying with the States requirements for the coronavirus and was easy. Walk in wearing a mask order and sit outside to eat on the tables. The smoke in the air was mild from the all the fires but not to noticeable Please don’t pay any mind to the reviewers who are knocking the location for their compliance with state regulations. Just because it is inconvenient for everyone doesn’t mean they are responsible for implementing them. I have had ZERO issues and everyone has been very service oriented. If you are having issues, check yourself. I will not write a review on food location until I have had multiple experiences. Sometime people have a bad day or just had to deal with a customer who was looking to cause trouble due to this pandemic. Grow up and stop taking out your frustrations on employees, if your doing that get a therapist. My rant is due to witnessing other customers who expect the service employee to be a health department expert who is responsible for government policy. They are there to take and answer questions regarding your order. We will come back here over and over again. Five Stars.

Of all the sandwhich spots in the area this has the best bread for GlutenFree. The size is sufficient even with the regular, im a large guy and the sandwhich and chips is enough to satisfy. Service is always friendly and even though you cant see a smile(covid) you can still hear the nice tone in the voice of all the employees.
