Fast service, love using the mobile app and dropping in to pick up our food!!! Helpful hint for all the sports parents; they sell 44 Oz cups of ice and 10lb bags of ice!!!!! Big deal when you have players hydros and ice chests to fill up

Disappointed in my shake. I ordered an Oreo cheesecake shake, and it did not taste like cheesecake at all. It was simply a cookies and cream shake. The Clovis location on Fowler was much better. And yeah, a pretty lengthy wait when there was only one other customer in line when I showed up.

It does take a while, but who isn’t understaffed these days.. these people work hard and the food always tastes great! I appreciate you Sonic employees!

It was 9:15 (they close at 11) and they were out of ice cream, multiple times I've visited. The only thing on the menu worth getting is ice cream and they weren't serving it? Hey sonic, you should stop serving ice cream when YOU CLOSE. GO TO JACK IN THE BOX INSTEAD, at least they don't stop serving their main menu items 2 hrs before closing.

The speaker at the drive thru squeals so loud it’s jarring. When you get to the window, you’re handed a drink that’s spills all over your hands through the top. Then, when handed the bags of food, no words are exchanged. When we hesitated, the girl came back to the window, sneered, “are you missing something?” chomp chomp open mouth on her gum. Pretty sure that’s a health code violation.
Speaker needs attention and the workers need customer service training.

This place is absolutely terrible. We ordered 3 burritos, all of which weren't even fully wrapped, they were barely even folded together. The shakes were only half filled, and some of the items we bought were way over priced in relation to the size of the food. We told them no nuts in our shake, instead they added nuts and charged us for it. To top it off, our 3 year old desperately needed to use the restroom. They told me a couple times it was employees only. I explained to the employees it was an emergency situation then they told me their bathroom was out of order.
We've had similar experiences like this at this Sonic on willow in the past. But we decided to go again to give it another chance. We will never go again and we will make sure everyone we know also knows not to go there.
