Absolutely disgusting!! I was just there I got ice cream for my 8 year old son. Half way in my son found a long black hair in his ice cream. They’re absolutely disgusting. I called them they said come back and we give you another one and that it was somebody that worked there before them. Not even an apology but instead they shifted blame. I won’t ever ever step foot in that place ever again. You would think now especially with the coronavirus they’re supposed to be even more cautious then ever.DISGUSTING DISGUSTING

They made a mistake in the ordering. My mom ordered a small smoothie and they made enough for a large and charged her a small smoothie for the price of a large. I've been going here since I was like 7 (I'm 17) and they changed, not really for better or for worse but it seems like the staff didnt really care. The food tastes good Regardless, which saves this review and rating tbh. The seating outside is nice too!

PROS: I like the large menu to choose from and the staff is sometimes nice to me. They have ready-to-go cakes and is conveniently located in a shopping plaza with enough parking at times. CONS: Some of the staff are a bunch of grease balls. One time I caught one of them changing a baby in the back. The prices are too high and there isn't enough seating. It can get cramped in there very easily and the parking lot is a nightmare to try and sort through. OVERALL: This is a fine place to go to if you just want something quick, but the sanitation, prices, and the sizes of the portions are not worth going into.

I’m so disappointed with the customer service at this location. Went in yesterday to get a cake and a tub of ice cream. I didn’t notice a puddle of water on the floor and I slipped. I’m definitely feeling it today. The employee did not bother asking if I was ok or anything. I got up and told her there was water on the floor and she ignored me. I said it again, louder and her response was, “ok.” I called and filed a complaint with coldstone. I received an email claiming she didn’t see the incident. I am recovering from a csection and I’m so disappointed with how this was handled.

We ordered a cake a week in advance and they magically lost our order after we already paid for it. They said that this happens all the time and to just take whatever is in the store.. Which by the way is waay less expensive than what we paid for. We are a bit livid as this was for my son's 16 th. I get the hard feeling they got the got the order and forgot to do it. This is unacceptable.
