Arby's

I'm a manager at the AutoZone in waukee, and I stopped here for lunch a roughly 10 minutes before posting this. And the service was lightning fast, I hadn't even finished paying and my food was already ready to go, and the people especially the lady at the register were extremely nice and thoughtful and gave me an amazing experience for lunch! As always, the food was delicious!

I went through the drive through and this very nice girl started to take my order, during this the manager rudely interrupted to tell me the $1 kids meal is only $1 if you order a combo meal, I said ok no problem and tried to continue to order, the manager would not stop interrupting to tell me the $1 kids meal is only $1 if you order a combo meal. When I got to the window to pay I asked who she was and was told she was a manager Jessica, I asked to speak with her and she told the employees that she was busy and refused to talk to me. I’m appalled that a manager would be so rude, not listen, and then refuse to talk to a costumer.
